Prime to me is the best Metroid...because they did what was to me impossible. Make a 3D first person adventure game while keeping the spirit of Metroid in tact.

Found my way after sequence breaking with the gravity suit, just found the storm missiles and space jump within minutes of each other. Bout to storm the purple EMMI zone and grab that Omega Cannon. Having the gravity suit has made purple EMMI encounters thus far easy to avoid

I'm struggling to think what difficult platforming this game has. Platforming elements are basic. Platforming gets trivialized entirely once you get the space jump. Such earlier with the shine spark if you know how to use it.

You really do expose just how fucking lazy, trash, and unwilling to persevere through minor difficulty in your life when you make these kinds of stupid complaints.

SMH.  People defending Jaffe's hot take (I don't even know if I'd consider it hot...its just wrong is what it is) and then people complaining about the difficulty have me immensely disappointed.  I hope the sales numbers tell Ninty a different story and this game goes on to sell more than any other Metroid.
