Fei was strong in pretty much all versions of the game that I recall, but yeah, once they added Elena she made most of the other footsie centric characters obsolete.

My understanding is yes, but we might have to wait and see if that's just the big titles or if it works across the board.

Well @KingTubb and I are going to play USF4 on PS4, so either one of us can hit you up for games

I'm super ready to play some SF4 with anyone who wants to though. On Playstation only, I'm afraid. Don't have, nor do I have the willpower or funds to buy, build, or maintain, a decent gaming PC.

I always used tournament variations, though I'm not really sure why. I never played ranked and certainly never attended tournaments. I mainly played Sindel, thought I was having fun learning Terminator for a while.
 
Anyone play any Injustice 2? I think I played like 100 hours of that when it came out and never actually fought a real person, lol.

If you want big bodies to be top tier you deserve to be gassed. We aren’t doing Abigail again fuck that shit.

Sounds like the mini netcode patch was somewhat of a success, which is cool. I'll try  and be around earlier tomorrow if you guys are playing again, I want in.

This is the most SFV I’ve ever played in one sitting. I don’t get all the hate. It’s not that bad 

Oh my god, when spectating, it doesn’t have to fast forward the first part of the match.
 
Did Capcom actually do good?

Coming back to it every now and then has been a lot of fun. The game is colorful, exciting, and the roster is so insane. It's very nice to see a lot of legacy characters I enjoy with their same exact movesets, like Ibuki, Akuma, oh and FUCKIN MAKOTO. I enjoy playing Seth, but he seems hard. Definitely have to mess around with the roster more. 
 
It's kinda funny, this year I'm realizing just how little I actually played IV and V. Third Strike kinda just remained the SF game I always fell back on, and I'm STILL booty at it. 🤣
 
Apparently the game is going through a bit of a revival as well, so it's actually been pretty easy finding games. There's even a Discord specifically dedicated to popularizing the game again.
