I am not sure what links you are referring to, but the breadcrumbs at the top and bottom of every page do what you're asking:
 

 
In this example: clicking 'home' takes you to the site's homepage.  Clicking 'The Lounge' will take you to the that forum subcategory.  Clicking 'General Discussion' will take you to the GD forum.  The current page is unclickable and is highlighted with a color.
 
You should be able to navigate anywhere using these breadcrumb links.

Big software update last night.  Almost wrecked the site, but I pulled an all-nighter and got everything working properly. 
Some stuff that's changed:
Twitch embeds work again Mobile navigation greatly improved Spent the past 3 days building the themes again from scratch. Things should be easier to read/better spaced out now. Various usability improvements Please let me know if anything is broken or doesn't look right.

This is already fixed in the new software version.

New update treats fonts a bit differently so it will take me some time to work it out.  Will let you know.

I love all mecha.  I'm super into mecha shows.  I've seen almost every Gundam series, Macross, Patlabor, etc.  I even like obscure shit like Detonator Orgun and Orguss II.
 
I ALSO like weird mecha like Darling and Star Driver.  You definitely can't hate the animation in those shows either -- it's gorgeous.
 
It's not that I dislike mecha.  I just love more kinds than the generic stuff everyone thinks of first. ❤️

You have not triggered the moderation tools but I can't seem to pull up the post for viewing either.  Post can be searched for but clicking the link doesn't seem to do anything.  Could be a random glitch.  I'll keep digging for now but let me know if it happens again!
 
EDIT: I noticed a spike in server CPU/memory usage so the server might have been struggling at the time.  If it's a performance-related issue it should get resolved once I upgrade server specs.
