You mean, this isn't the first time M2 has done this? Man, this is disheartening to hear because M2 does such amazing work. I wanna support them but when they pull stunts like this, they make it hard to give them my money.

The "Colony" was one of the few missteps of the original show.
I picked up X-Men Epic Collection that has the Brood Saga in it a while back. I haven't read it yet, but looking at a few panels, it looks like this one hit the X-Men pretty hard.

I've been making my way through Wolverine: Weapon X Deluxe Edition TPB. For the first time, I feel like I understand just why the adamantium bonding experience was so traumatizing for Wolverine. And the scientists that did it to them are world class A-holes with no moral center. They don'y even view Logan as human. Merely an experiment to be tested. The art is also a knockout.
I've started reading my Avengers vol. 1 by Jed MacKay TPB. I'm liking he roster. Cap Marvel, Black Panther, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Thor, Sam Wilson Captain America and Vision. And Kang's search for "The Missing Moment" has me intrigued.

Regarding the cameos in X-Men '97 ep 10...
SpoilerI kinda wonder why Spidey wasn't out stopping looters, but considering there was a VERY real chance the world was gonna catch the meanest fade from Asteroid M (nice job on that missile strike President Kelly, be tee dubs) it is totally understandable that he would want to spend what could be his last moments with Mary Jane. And the real MJ too boot! I was so freaking happy seeing them side by side after, what, 27 years? That is a long MF wait for a happy ending

I keep getting recommended videos about X-Men '97 under performing in views. Drop offs are natural after premiers but the viewership could very well be not as high as Marvel and fans of the series would like it to be. Although, the caps in certain words on these videos could be from anti-wokies fishing for clicks. I remember when they said Captain Marvel was failing in theaters and then that flick went on to be another billion dollar Marvel film.

Thinking back on X-Men '97 ep 3. It really is humorous how Beast just ripped the band-aid off on Madelyn Pryor being the clone. My man didn't even TRY to prepare the girl for what was going to be some mind shattering news. I guess after he tried to prepare Storm for the perma-loss of her powers in ep 2 and she wanted him to be blunt, he was like, screw it, and was all "Ay, this broad ain't the real Jean, ya'll."

Little Kitty, Big City is so fun and chill. It's a little buggy but still a nice, laid back experience, which is what I was looking for. Also, it has a dedicated zoomies button.

I am COOKING in Season 31 of Diablo III: Eternal Collection. Went with a Monk and I am loving her. I'm also finding some SUPER GOOD drops. Gpt some great Legendary items that allow me to damage tons of enemies and take them out in seconds. Three more pieces of this Justice set and I'll be able to dish out an additional 20,000% damage.

SpoilerBastion was making him see that the UN was straight up down with OZT and the Genosha Genocide. And after Val Cooper freed Mags, his one word was "Enough." Genosha Genocide and OZT was the last MF straw for Magneto. Even when it seems like humanity might accept mutants, you got world leaders that have their bigotry on full display. Even Bastion looped surprised when Mags was like "BET" and turned the whole planet off.

I started reading my Hulk: Joe Fix It TPB. I thought it would be just Hulk in Vegas but we got King Pin and Spidey? And Peter David pinned this mini. The first issue was freaking great. King Pin rolled up on Mr. Fix thinking he was HIM. I enjoyed EVERY BIT of that thrashing Fix It laid on King Pin. Spidey was watching that beating like

Regarding X-Men '97 ep 7, I've seen some people point out that after Rogue
Spoilerdropped Trask off a building like the "I don't wanna play with you anymore Woody" meme, Jean, Nightcrawler or Morph all could have saved him. Wolverine points out that Rogue did "What we all wanted to do." The X-Men have been tolerating scumbags like Trask and Gyrich for far too long and look where it's gotten them.

I picked up Ultimate Spider #4 yesterday. It is mostly Peter/MJ talking with Harry/Gwen and it is such a good issue. I also grabbed the third printing of Ultimate Spider-Man #2. May's note on the fridge giving Peter encouragement to keep going is so dang sweet.
The new Ultimate universe has my interest with Ultimate Spider-Man, so I picked up Ultimate X-Men #1-2. Might check out Ultimate Black Panther and the Ultimate Invasion TPB.
Greg Weisman is writing Spectacular Spider-Men, got the first two issues, had no spoilers on these, so I'm going in blind.
Spider-Punk, Miles Morals, Ultimate Spider-Man. Every Spidey book is infinitely more fascinating than the mainline Amazing Spider-Man. I don't know the sales numbers but it wouldn't surprise me if Amazing Spider-Man is lagging behind all the other Spidey titles.

Penny's Big Breakaway is $19.97 on the eShop for anyone interested. I'm hoping this game eventually gets a physical release.
Corn Kids 64 is on consoles now. Been hearing good things about this game, so I grabbed it.

I got my first X-Men '97 figure, 4 inch Cyclops. Sadly, there was no Storm, Nightcrawler or Magneto in Walmart . Was slim pickings but I got Rightclops for $7, so I'm happy.
