One of the things I did towards the end of last year is try to curate my social media platforms a little better. I do have to use FB unfortunately because my daughter-in-law and her spouse use it (by it, I mean mostly Messenger) to contact us regarding stuff with the grandkids. They're also major tech luddites, and I've tried on more than one occasion to get them to stop using it. I like being able to endlessly filter stuff on reddit, and the first developer that can provide RES-like controls to FB, and get rid of the vast majority of the headassery on my wall would definitely be supported for sure!

you mean the politics thread?  That was the only place I was over there.  I think we all know how toxic that turned out which is why I leave such things over there.

Apparently Twitter actually sucks. I followed one friend who says Twitter is a horrible place, but this whole time my feed is just art and Street Fighter. After following him, I found out he retweets everything. When I started getting an idea of his timeline, I realised what he meant. I'm in the minority where I actually like the platform because I curate it to a razor's edge. I just treat it like an RPG.

It's a former Facebook exec talking about another streaming service's reach. If FB had Shapiro, Crowder, Shapiro, Mumen Rider, etc. convert over to their video platform it wouldn't be a thing. YT has more views, meaning more ad-time, meaning more money.

they’re peanut butter muffins with peanut butter and chocolate chips. They didn’t exactly “top” like muffins should since I was worried about over filling the cups but I’m still happy with them. 
 
they’re still cooling so I have no idea if they taste good or not. 
 
edit; they taste the definition of “fine”. They could have been much better. I over mixed the batter which caused it to break. 😞 

Why is it that the people that were supposedly "bullied" or ignored in high school think that their trauma is more relevant than people that were actually sexually abused/assaulted or physically abused?   I see this a lot in anime groups on facebook and online in general.   That or why is it that these people have zero morals and expect you to be okay with it and get mad at you for not condoning their deviances like a normal human being?   Like they have this whole online and persona that you know they don't flaunt around irl at their jobs or in front of their family but you as a random internet person are supposed to be okay with it.....
