I know it's just social media and probably not a big deal, but I have a pet peeve about ppl stealing my material.
 
Then when I confront them they act like it's not a big deal even tho they intentionally went through various lengths to make sure I received none of the credit, which also shows they knew what they were doing the entire time
 
I'm sure I'm making a deal of nothing, but plagiarism and stealing credit from anyone bothers me. Create your own stuff, it'll be much more satisfying to see succeed when you actually did the work yourself 

I can count on one hand each year how many drinks I have. I just don't have any interest in it. All I know is when my father was around the stories I heard from my older siblings about how different he can be when he drink is probably why I had no interest...

I love to get my drink on on occasion but Im definitely proud of ppl who can be sober, especially that long. Keep up the good work

New year, and I already fucked up. I got into an accident on the freeway. There wasn't snow on the roads, so I thought shit was sweet. I forgot that Michigan Winter doesn't like to be taken lightly. Somewhere along the way to where I was going I ended up swerving due to black ice and hitting two guard rails on opposite sides of the freeway with all the spins I pulled off.
 
The crazy thing? My car has next to no damage compared to how fucked up it could have been. There's some clear damage to the front grill and such that I know I'm going to get bent over for at the mechanic/collision shop when I take it in. Other than that though, I am absolutely shocked how undamaged the car is outside of that. I know I'm knocking on wood here, but it is amazing. If this was my old car, I would have been seriously injured and/or left with a barely functioning wreck. I was told that my current car is old school and built tough, and am thankful for that right now. We'll see how thankful I REALLY am when the mechanic gets his grimy paws on it though, or any hidden pains I have from being tossed around show up in the morning.
 
But yeah, be careful out on these roads guys. Even when the salt goes down. The thin layer of ice I had to get off my windows should have been foreshadowing to me. I'm lucky no one was hit; there were other cars that fell victim to the same black ice I did on the side. I could have been (or made someone) a hashtag easily.

it's a shame that franchise faded away... I had the Gamecube version...but sadly only 2 or 3 people at best (1 of which is someone who is terrible at damn near every game, tbh) to play against though.
 
I have to admit, it will be one hell of a delicious "TOLD YA SO." moment if I happen to be proven right eventually regarding the ongoing practical joke that is the Joe Biden presidency.  There's certain friends and family I keep telling "there's NO way this guy does all 4 years."  He's living proof that there should be an upper age limitation on who is even eligible for that job.  I think a lot are sadly in denial because they always vote democrat for life, no questions asked.  C'mon, I'd say you can see a difference between the Joe of 2021 and the VP Joe in the Obama years.  The guy is barely there....looks like a nursing home resident that just needs to lay down and take it easy at this point.

Oh my God. This is "who cares" news, but Patton Oswalt did a show to close out the new year, then went over and did a guest spot opening for Dave Chappelle.
 
 
His tweet announcing that he did this has, right now, been met mostly with derision for daring to do anything with Chappelle, a friend of his for many years. This is still in wake of the controversy over Chappelle's special The Closer. This is what I hate most about these cancel culture clowns. They go after anyone associated with whomever they're trying to cancel. Some people replying aren't those weirdos; they're being diplomatic and saying why they're somewhat disappointed. But the number of assholes replying as if they're entitled to dictate who this man hangs out with is sickening. This'll blow over, but it's crazy to see this stuff happen in real time.
 
But at least I feel better about my life when I see "net negative to society" losers like this.
