Mackenzie Dern missed weight by 7lbs. I really think she isn't serious about MMA. It's never a good sign when your gym asks you to leave.

Around once a month. I don't watch comedies in the theatre. You usually miss half the jokes. Mostly I stick to big budget films with special effects because they aren't the same at home.

BMI is BS. I'm 6' tall. I remember BMI saying I should say 170lbs in HS. I weighed 197lbs. I laughed my ass off. My dad was 5'6 180lbs when he was in shape. I was in the best shape of my life at 239lbs. Desipte weighing 42lbs more than I did in HS, I could wear the same clothes.

Getting big isn't an issue for me. If I'm in shape I'm 225. I'm....not 225 at the moment.

If I can find the motivation. I'll need to make use of this thread.
