    i saw enuff brothas growing up in the hood smoking stogies with shower caps on covering their jheri curls from potential lit sparks from the blunt/cig, flyin up into their hair, cuz the wind blowin it up back at you, walkin the streets,  to last  lifetime. 

    its literally the whole reason why jheri curls went out of style. everyone rockin jheris were terrified of how flammable they were.

    Well when they're drowning their hair in flammable oils and aerosols every hour or two. They shouldn't be surprised.

    The assumption that many black men are homophobic. Probably stems from Hip Hop in the late 90s and 2000s. Where it was pretty unwelcoming to gay people. I.E Biggie had a lot of lyrics where he clowns and talks down on gay dudes

    I personally don't think my life has been that hard as a man. But who knows? Maybe I'm use to the difficulty. Or for a woman to suddenly be thrust into the average man's shoes. Forget difficulty curve. That's like a 90 degree angle.

     

    Fresh&Fit got some extreme takes I disagree with. But one thing they said that is undisputable fact? Is most women think men have it easy. Because most look at the top tier men they desire. The average man and lower is invisible to them. So to are their struggles.

    Never thought I'd feel the need to vent over a anime/Manga yet here I am. I fucking HATE the direction they went in for Muriko in My Hero Academia. Spoilers for those who ain't caught up

    I get the idea of what he's portraying with her character. A heroic badass that's dedicated to her work. And is a war/combat junkie that has no issues with dying or suffering because she lives everyday as if it's her last. And the mission is greater than her.

     

    With that said. I think there were way better ways to go about it. Instead of making her the Squidward of the series. Where whenever he wants someone to suffer to show things are getting real? Maim and dismember Miruko and show her wounds in graphic detail.

     

    Like that panel of her reduced to damn near a stump. Running around on all fours. With one good leg and her other limbs are stumps. At that point I don't see a heroic badass fighting through the pain for the greater good. Although that is what she's doing.

     

    I see a severely wounded feral animal. That won't stop. Despite its gruesome injuries. And for its own peace. Needs to be put down and out of its misery. Lastly. Why is a woman with damn near no limbs fighting harder than all the other men there???

     

    As much of a close quarters beast Mirio is. He's just providing distractions. While she out here on stumps leading the charge??? The fuck going on???

    Ya keep focusing on Biden. But I did mention twice. Leaders before him as well. Or are we just gonna pretend the image of American politicians for the last decade or two hasnt been a big joke? In which majority has lost respect for them?

     

    This Prime minister enjoying a night of partying. Is truly nothing. And from what i looked up. That's all they got on her. They need to stfu and be thankful they have a leader that carries themselves like she gives a damn about how she makes her country look.

    From a PR standpoint. That prime Minister just having fun at a party is nothing. Where as not just Biden but leaders before him. Said and did worse from a PR standpoint. That would have you doubting their character and desire to actually do what's in our best intrest.

    Any black person calling themselves king or queen. Ask them when's the last time, they did anything. That made a difference in the lives of people outside of their family and inner circle?

     

    King's make sure everyone in their kingdom is eating and healthy. And Queens assist their King in this endeavor. Vast majority do not fit that description.
