Image pasting and uploading? I'm sure that's already been requested. As far as unique suggestions go, maybe more text format features?

This is because the site loads a 'base style' (in this case a blank white theme) before overlaying the dark mode on top.
 
On slower connections you will briefly see this 'base theme'  underneath before the dark one is loaded.  Once the site is cached in your browser and is loading faster you shouldn't see it much.
 
I will try to do some things here and there to mitigate it in the near future if it continues to bother you.

I am not sure you guys realize, but we do have custom emojis on the site.  They can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the emoji list or by clicking on the 'MEGASHOCK' emoji category:

Its going to be tricky because I may have to deliver it in Spanish.  Two other people will be speaking: a close friend of hers and my brother in law. Both of them are also spanish speakers. Its going to take me some time to iron out the word choices. My Spanish vocabulary has been demolished by living in the US so long.

Got to see them during their Black Ice tour. They had a giant inflatable Lady of the Night pop out of a train. Say what you will, but other bands don't keep rockin' inflatable thots with them.

When you click an image it will show numerous link options for the image.  You want the one that is called 'DIRECT LINK'.  Simply copy/paste the URL from 'DIRECT LINK' into the forum text box.  No need to use the link button or anything else.  It will auto-embed immediately.
 
This works with any image.  All you need is a clean image URL and you can paste it into the text editor here on the forums.
