Perhaps. If you can find that knowledge beyond the brain in some sort of peer review study or some sort of repeatable trial, I'd agree. Not saying the possibility isn't there, but there's gotta be some sort of proof.

Except the campaign could trigger one. However, they'd have to pay for it. Given the cost, I doubt they'd go for it. The highest variance from a recount was in FL in 2000. That only changed it by 327 votes. It's a waste of the public's time.

That's just separating the ballots based on the existing rules of the Commonwealth. SCOTUS just making sure they do it. I'll be interested to see if anything comes from a sort function.

Transformers comes from a line of transforming robots with pilots called Diaclone. The robots were basically mechs and this took that idea to the Nth power. Kids had to use the power of imagination to make that toy work as if it was that character.
