Just popping by to say Fantastic job on the Granblue Fantasy Rising videos, @EvilCanadian. Those were super well done. I impulse bought the deluxe edition after watching your videos.

Now regarding the Ed reveal/trailer. We're 2 weeks away from the end of the year and the radio silence from capcom is concerning. AKI was revealed on the 31 August. 

Lastly, am I the only one struggling with divekicks on the hitbox? It's so freaking tough. I bought the Razer Kitsune (it's really nice!) but divekicks are a pain in the ass to do consistently in a match. (Cammy main here) 

I tried both the uf, qcb + kick method and also the qcb, uf+ kick method. I struggle with both. Badly.

I kinda feel this year's evo is better in a way. The past few years' evo had 2 matches followed by a long break. I don't keep track but I feel like there's about 4-5 matches or so before a break? 

And just my guess about why they want top 6 instead of top 8 on the last day is they want to make sure all the games end on time. It's weird cuz we're so used to top 8. Top 6 is just weird. 

And big bird isn't out if evo. He's in Losers.

Right now I'm doing down + 2 kicks, jhk, heavy dp. Does decent amount of damage meterless. 

Basically just omitting the jmp ex dive kick part. 

I'm thinking of reasons why my jmp doesn't connect. Whether I'm too early or too late. Gotta hit the lab. 

Any Jaime players here? I can't seem to connect the jmp part in his level 3 super followup. 

The follow up is down + 2 kicks, jhk, jmp ex dive kick then heavy dp. 

But I can't seem to connect the jmp no matter what. I press up forward + mp but my punch still whiffs. 

My friend and I just got our asses handed to us by Machabo over at Asia server 1. We played 5-6 games against him and it was a damn good experience. He was chilling at a cab and played against anyone who wanted to play him. 

Only 70ms ping from Singapore to Japan. Hope to play Tokido and Daigo too 😜

Is it me or did the Netcode get even better on launch?? It's madness! If u think the open beta's Netcode was really good, Capcom somehow made the Netcode EVEN BETTER on launch.

I'd been playing since midnight and it's 515am now. My back hurts. Lol!! 

Is Jamie's dp kind of bad or am I doing it at the wrong timing? 

There are times where I try to dp and it gets stuffed by attacks  to the point where I just block jump ins instead of trying to dp anti airs. 

I'm gonna make a very bold prediction. That sf6 will score at least in the low 90s in metacritic. Around 92-95. The gameplay is just sublime. 

I'm a 16er and a sf5 fanboy but SF6's gameplay just blows sf5's out the water. 

Here's hoping that gaming journalists will give the game a proper review instead of "Why are there no 50 characters on launch therefore 2 out of 10" 

It takes 2 whole years to create a brand new character (and tons of money), yet you always hear people demanding all dlc characters for free and a starting roster of 50 characters.

RE4R is just a godlike game! I enjoyed it so much. 

My friends took about 7 hours playtime to finish the game on normal but I took a whopping 27 hours and 33 minutes to finish the game lol. 

And I died like 70 over times!! 

I've heard of FGC translated but today's the first time I've heard of FGC translated Alpha. Are the channels and content done by different people? 

Also, 22 more days to sf6. What games are you all playing in the meantime? Am playing Nioh 2 with my friends and it's been a blast.

As for your question about sf5, yes I really enjoyed it. It also made my group of friends closer and we'd have sf5 sessions very month and a dinner gathering as well. It's my favourite fighting game together with tekken 7 but the moment sf6 is out, it'll be deleted off my Ps5 for good. 

Thanks for the replies regarding KOF, guys. Appreciate it. I'm on stick and short hops have been so awkward to do. 

I kinda have to do it this way to make it happen - Pressing up forward then immediately pressing down back. It works for me almost 90% of the time. If I tap uf on the stick, I get a regular jump quite often. 

And yes the neutral of KOF is so different compared to SF. I keep looking to play footsies and whiff punish. 

With regards to KOF as a mainly street fighter and tekken player, I find it really really hard to do hops/hyper hops and I can't seem to adjust to the KOF style of gameplay.

Anyone else like me having the same struggle? Any advice on how to transition from street fighter to Kof? I really wanna get decent at kof.
