You gotta be a real hateful self entitled bitch to wish a plane full of people to crash.  Bad enough we got doors popping off Boeings and shit and you wanna wish extra bad Karma on a bunch of people who probably had nothing to do with your reason for getting kicked off the plane.  Hope she gets banned from that airline and all of her the prices for her flights triple or get delayed until she grows TF up.

Yeah I mentioned it earlier.  It looks like most of them are gone now since we're pushing back and not defending at the moment but I don't doubt it'll come back at some point.  I played that shit at level 7 and its tough.

I'm not going to go far enough to say that he is...but definitely some things about what he's done in the past few years that feel grifty.  What's really going to be the determining factor is is Em-8er actually is anything or if it ever comes out because his handling of Firefall was apparently pretty sus.  He also ended up leaving Blizzard before the real bullshit came out about what was going on behind closed doors.  Most comments that I've found about Kern while he was at Blizzard haven't been pleasant (if i come across the posts again I'll put them up).

He was then forcibly removed from Red 5 in 2013 (he contested that) following layoffs and the suspension of PvP in Firefall, as employees called his behavior as CEO “erratic” and “destructive” and mocked his infamously terrible e-sports bus project. He also founded and raised seed money for a now-dead VR MMO and became embroiled in you-know-what in 2014. In 2016, he tried to make himself the symbol of the Nostalrius WoW emu drama, insisting on hand-delivering a player WoW vanilla petition to Blizzard. He then resurfaced to volunteer to buy Firefall after insulting the game that launched after he was booted (to be fair, it was a mess – at one point Red 5’s Chinese owner The9 traded part of the studio to a Cayman Islands cashmere manufacturer whose stock immediately crashed). In the last couple of years, Kern has been hawking a crowdfunded “spiritual successor” to Firefall called Em-8er, whose first movement demo apparently became live in June (and yeah, they’re still planning a Kickstarter on top of the Indiegogos and Patreon).

Apparently he was the main one that got Blizzard to do Wow Classic before leaving so...I guess that's a win?  I hadn't even really heard of the guy until the last couple of months when his posts started popping up in here and I decided to take a look into who this guy really was within the last week.  He just has just been on a losing streak since leaving Blizzard and now he's doing this spiritual successor to an MMO that failed and he was ousted from nearly 10 years ago and doing crowdfunding for it for 5 years after raising 1 million for a VR reality MMO for Oculus Rift...that never came out (read Project died).

To be fair in this though...Kern says he hasn't even really advertised his game which...I'm not even sure what to make of that.  Supposedly there's a demo...at some point?  This is the last thing he's posted in terms of content regarding the game

I really am curious exaclty how much work this dude is getting done on this MMO wit him constantly tweeting and stirring the pot daily.

If we swapped out Tyson Hesse movie Sonic with "Ugly" Sonic and kept the movie exactly the same with all the story beats then the movie probably would have suffered some...by how much I don't know cause the majority (myself included) were expecting it to be a train wreck because because he looked weird.  There was just not enough care in translating what made the character work from an aesthetic stand point on the screen until Tyson fixed it.  I personally probably wouldn't have gone to see the movie maybe...and if I did it prob wouldn't have been opening weekend or anything.   The movie likely would have at least had a higher chance of bombing and not getting the sequels and shows now if word of mouth didn't bring sales up.

And even still though, while Tyson Hesse's Movie Sonic looks better, he's still not a 1 to 1 conversion of the character design wise in the film.  They made his character fit what they wanted aesthetically for the film while also respecting the source design.  And then even further still, I get what you are trying to say but this doesn't fully apply here because Sonic is an established IP/character and not an original character trying fit in an already established mythos or an completely new one built from scratch.  If they had completely removed Sonic from the name of the movie and then made Ugly Sonic uhh...I da know...Puke Green and changed up the story beats of the movie to not make them Sonic related then people had a whole fall out on what the protagonist of this movie looked like because he looked unappealing then it'd be on the level of what you are trying to get at.

It is though.  If this was a movie and they wanted this model to be playing the character and they wanted to have her look like the character that the art department draws up and envisions for their protagonist within this universe then they're gonna make up use whatever prosthetics necessary get the actor to look the way the need to.  Same principle here.  I can clearly see that its her with adjustments.  If she's going to be doing Outlaw stuff like Han then personally (again...subjective) she fits the part better looking the way she does currently.  Can she look super dolled up while doing the Kessel Run?  She sure could but thats not what they envisioned for this character.  We don't even know what she's been through yet.

Oh yeah been forgetting to mention,  Apparently people are loving the Fallout show at least critics review wise.  Most of my feed on twitter whenever something pops up about has been very positive.
