In regards to the COVID vaccine ... 

It makes transmission of the virus much less likely if you are vaccinated, but it does not stop you entirely from getting sick w/COVID (or variants like Delta). This much is correct, and has been documented in various published scientific journals. If you don't want to get the vaccine for whatever factual or made-up pie in the sky reason, that's on you. But don't expect me to act all surprised not if, but when you get sick. You'll want the vaccine then, I guarantee it. Because, at that point; it's either you get vaccinated or you're dead, end of story.

I've had first-hand experience with this shit through my daughter-in-law, and I threatened to cut her off from bringing her kids (my grandkids) over if she didn't get the shot.

As usual, @misterBee is correct regarding the software side of things. The tl;dr of the current video is that most of the vendors who sell GPUs (think EVGA, MSI, Zotac et al) have been lazily putting these GPUs together and missing solder spots here and there. New World, as it so happens; is exposing shoddy workmanship and by that process, is killing GPUs that cost more than my whole PC.

Metroid Dread (well, duh) Quake (also, duh) Both Castlevania collections Espgaluda II Axiom Verge The first Atelier Trilogy (Rorona, Meruru, and Totori) I'll pick up a $10 card this weekend for the new Smash character. Also, I have finally capped out my 400gb MicroSD card after having my Switch for almost 2 years. I may have just found what I need to ask about for a Christmas present, a new MicroSD card! Will probably ask my wife for a 1TB MicroSD card as the only gift I get this year, and ask my daughter in law for some more eShop credit 😂

I'm in Minnesota at the moment and for the foreseeable future. Can you give me a green card? Or at least pay my rent?

I'll agree with this. It also fully depends on who the store managers/ASMs are too in regards to experiences. 

I've considered asking to go for my birthday, which is around that time. Problem is that New Orleans for me is 8+ hrs by car, and would be a three-day trip by default. Plus I'd probably have another major panic attack in the French Quarter, knowing my luck.

in other secondary news, my wife and I decided to get my grandson a Switch Lite for Christmas this year; so I'm repeating the steps from a couple of years ago when I bought my Switch; getting the screen protector, microSD card, all of that before hand. The console itself should be here on Thursday and will largely stay in the shipping box until it's time to giftwrap it; then it'll be opened to update the firmware, and get updates for his games (planning on getting Mario Kart and Minecraft for him on physical carts). The only thing I haven't decided on yet is to whether or not to give him a NSO subscription.

Apple (and the App Store) found not to be a monopoly by the ruling judge.
