I personally think each character should have two V-Reversals. One that leaves your opponent standing and one that knocks down. When I came up with my SFVI battle system idea, I essentially put that concept in it.

Nah man FADC is tight.  You can do a lot more wild stuff with it.
 
I'm using Cody because his combos are easy and do big damage.  Heh.  If I was smart I'd pick a top tier character but I'm also a glutton for punishment.

I don't know if you guys are really into fantasy art, but back in the 90s Keith Parkinson lived pretty locally to me.  I hung out with him in his studio a few dozen times helping playtest his failed collectible card game.  
 
Seriously nice guy. Died pretty young from cancer a few years later.  His kids were still young, really tragic.
