In my experience this game is very fun. The addition of lethal hits are so good. I have played it on PS4 with some of the users I tagged and with @Darc_Requiem. Connection's been pretty good. And there's something about the moves in SC that make them look like they have... weight, impact! And they look great in motion.

I dont know the culture here. Until I see how things settle, I'll refrain from disrespecting the place misterBee made and Angel (and a bunch of other ones) have supported.
 
Just because it has SRKers doesnt mean it has to be like SRK. Its a brand new place relatively speaking. MisterBee wants it to be nice; he is also very open to suggestions.
 
So I'm happy to contribute, when I think of worthwhile ideas, to keep the tone different. SRK had a certain zeitgeist to it. I felt that it could be reborn...but when the person wanting to lead the charge never had a forum account until recently, that was dead in the water.
 
Its a different GD too. The amazing thing about the latter day lounge was how adult it was (among the silliness obvs). Maybe it all has a different texture to it here.

All the shit has went down at SRK that it survived and some asshole crossing the line with Pertho finally did it in. I could put up with discourse, shit avatars etc., but disrespecting someone's mom like that and getting away scott free, nah fam. Fuck that.

It's basically just a Razer Orbweaver, but with a real analog stick instead of a fake one like the Orbweaver has.  The keys are arranged around your fingers instead of using the normal keypad form factor.  It's pretty cool being able to do stuff by squeezing or flicking your fingers in a certain direction, but it does take some getting used to.  The switches are all mechanical and very sensitive so it took a day or two to stop hitting stuff by accident.
 
Bought it as a novelty but I'm now using it instead of a keyboard for all my FPS gaming.

Hecatom? Some people have different names, so I can't tell. Also, is there a way to choose you level icon after you hit max level here? Yamazaki is cool as hell and I would say that it's a shame that guy is only level 4

Honestly if the netcode at least functioned, I’d still play it, but it’s way too unreliable (on a PS4 anyway, not sure about PC) for me to want to play it more than anything else I could play.

In the past it was a 3D beat-em-up with RPG elements. It has an open world between missions that you are free to dick around and do whatever you want in Kamurocho/Osaka depending on the game. There's bars with karaoke, billiards, lady fights you bet on, and arcades with arcade games you can play. 
Also, roughly 7,000 places to eat. 
 
This new one is gonna be a turn based game, from what I've gathered, but it'll still have all the wacky side stuff
