Because the CFN website has characters from doujinshi read by maybe 20 people as official canon characters now, I can now safely say there's a storyline reason for that as one of these things happened in the Drama CD and the other happened in Project Justice.
 
1)  her boyfriend was Hyo's lackey and later committed suicide when Hyo ordered him to neutralize Akira
2) her older brother went missing which necessitated the whole biker helmet disguise (her gimmick was OMG A GIRL like King in AoF when she was rocking the helmet the first time) and depending what route you take the said brother is killed.  I'd be surprised if the brother is killed off like that but eh.  

I took many things into account
1) How much total utility they have
2) How much they can work a match with no assistance from their partner to cover up their shortcomings
3) How much they can convert off said utility, either with damage or with creating a life lead to burn the clock, with as little meter cost as possible
4) How long they can potentially keep their turn with minimal consequence overall (i.e. can stay safe no matter what, or opponent needs to spend meter to deter their turn keeping ability)
It was hard for me to find cutoffs, and I think in some places I was too generous, but in the end I'm satisfied with this.
Let's see how I feel in 2022 when the game turns ten years old and I celebrate 8 years as a TO!

The Ultradavid meeting went well, kind of confirmed what I already suspected on what I need to work on.  Thankfully it seems like I already corrected most of it and just need more practice talking with other people on the mic.  
 
  November's monthly is finally available.  Wasn't my best outing on commentary but it was also like 9 in the morning compared to my usual afternoon time.  
 
UD and I are both hype for Dan to come out already.

I work in the health field so I have an inside track at least in my area.  My mom already got her first dose last week and that matches up with the timetable I've heard given her own position as a front care worker.

You know I thought one of my friends was trying to be nice. She thought I looked the same, sans hair, as back in the day. So I tried to recreate the photo I took when I was 24, 239lbs and going to the gym with my brother 4 times a week. For a guy that hasn't lifted weight in like 14 years, I don't look to bad. Guess she wasn't lying...that said my arms are noticeably smaller....my bicep is only like half the size of my head now, they were 3/4 the height of my head back in the day. Thanks fully I have big head.
 
Age 41, no gym, 223lbs

Age 24, gym 4 times a week, 239lbs

 
That said, I feel pretty. I was 259 man....I was feeling like shit at that size. @PsychoblueIf I can your drive at the gym, I can't imagine how good I'd feel.

Yeah I saw blue post about getting games in with Akhos the other day in SFxT. Good to hear that he is back to playing that, I remember how much he enjoyed SFxT. And anything has to be better than banging on SFV with Ed. 😉

He told me he's going to review the stuff I've given him and come up with a quote.  I'll poke at him again later this week after I make sure my staff can handle things.

I'm going to take Ultradavid up on his commentary lessons.  I still have difficulty building chemistry with partners, don't know when to chime in and when to back off.  Solo commentary has been getting props on Arturo's channel though so I'll leave that alone.  I'll let you guys know how it is once it goes down.

The suddenness of all this brought to mind MVP's irregular heart beat that was caught earlier before it became a fatal issue.  Before jumping on me, think about this stuff objectively and assume, with 100% accuracy given my chosen profession as a competent health professional, that my concerns are preventing whatever ailed him in anyone else who has similar circumstances put upon them.  Morons.
 
 

How it started (Barkley) vs How's it going (Abdul-Rauf).  Not a bad jump at all.  The lockdown forced me to embrace free weights entirely and it made a big difference.  The 5 mile jogs I've started doing have likely helped too.
