I agree 100% with you.  It's probably the best Switch game IMO as well.  I remember beating the game and being disappointed that it was over, only for it to be revealed that there were A SHITLOAD more moons to find and even more little bonus levels after that.  God damn such an amazing game.

A little while back, I started a new game of Super Mario Odyssey. I finished the game last night and it still remains one of the best games on the Switch and one of the best 3D platfomers around. And Peach is still on POS Hall of Fame for almost leaving Mario on the Moon and not saying thanks for traveling across the world to save her worthless hide.

Having watched the episode before and the most recent one where Gear 5th is debuts... I ain't like it.
 
 

I am enjoying My Adventures with Superman and some of the shows on Toonami, although age/work got me to the point I can't stay up like I used to do I will miss shows at times if I be don't have them recorded or there isn't a streaming option.

Shura ending, and I still have my other run going but man... Feels like my biggest gaming accomplishment in awhile considering how many times I considered just hanging it up.

I wasn't surprised by the reused animation scenes, the framerate issues, and extra fluff added, it was a bit distracting but overall I still enjoyed seeing G5 Luffy being wacky and uninhibited. Hopefully next episode will be different and actually show the fight relatively uninterrupted. I miss the the pre-timeskip days where fights scenes were all razzle-dazzle and incoherent but actually felt like a real physical engagement a la Luffy vs Lucci though.  
 
 
I usually don't care to look at One Piece theory channels since they tend to go all the way out to left field with their fan theories or recycle old theories and pretend they're new. But this one caught my eye since it's from a Japanese youtuber who's apparently using an AI voice translator for his channel. He makes some very intriguing comparisons between ancient Western and Eastern mythology, and Oda's primary source of inspiration of One Piece was Viking/pirate/Celtic lore. I implore you to take a look when you have the time:

Just watched the SMB movie this weekend on Peacock. Damn this movie is too good. The plot is quite formulaic and predictable (no big plot twists or anything) but everything that was there was well done and the attention to detail/easter eggs are astonishing. Illumination relying heavily on 80's pop songs is still annoying though LOL

(On another note, kinda wish the turtles were actually playable in SF6 instead of just costumes. A good opportunity to give them their movesets from the old tournament fighters back)

A few months back, I used Ascend under a bridge. When I popped out, I was surrounded by a group of Moblins and Bokoblins, including at least one of the silver variety. I did a full 360 look at them before hitting B to cancel that ish. What made it even funnier is that I had the Link's Awakening costume on.

Been a minute since I posted...knocked the first half of Lurelin village quest line and murked another Thunder Gleeok!!

I have only done the Regional events/temples so far but that Sky Temple boss has been my favorite boss fight. I died a lot because of the set up  but damn was it fun.
