    World Tour is cool. It’s actually a great offering as a single player package cause it’s essentially its own little “RPG” game. 

     

    I’ve sunk like 6 hours into it, would’ve played more but once I googled how long it takes to get Dhalsim as a mentor, I haven’t returned lmao. Probably mess with it more once I’ve learned more about my characters. After all;  It’d be nice if my avatar didn’t look like he just freshened up to go to a Limp Bizkit concert. 😭

    I think the implication is pretty clear that this wish only allowed them to survive into adulthood. Bardock “wished for them to thrive”, and both Goku and Raditz definitely did and became powerful adult warriors. 

     

    I mean, if the wish was the only thing keeping Goku alive for HIS ENTIRE LIFE, why didn’t Raditz survive then? 
     

    I never really got the implication that the wish is why Goku always succeeds (because he actually doesn’t), but rather it kept Goku and Raditz safe long enough so they could “thrive” and become powerful warriors.

    2 of those characters aren’t even DLC…

     

    I’ve already argued ad naseam about this character since she’s released, so I’ll just say this. Labcoat is definitely not worse than Season 2 GT. 

     

    That being said: she’s easily the best character in the game right now and is eating up top 8’s at every tournament. As someone who’s competed offline several times this month; it’s obvious to me that she’s on every team at all levels of play too, simply because she’s such an well-rounded no brainer.

     

    Incredible multi hit buttons with amazing frame data, all variations of beams and fireballs, all great assists (A being one of the best in the game), debuff, 3 unique supers, amazing damage, OTG stomps, easiest rejumps in the game….list goes on and on.

     

    It’s not a problem that she’s a good character. Frankly, the debuff is what puts her right over the line into overbearing territory. She debuffs you, then you have to debuff her, and eventually you have matches that can already take a long ass time, stretching into eternity. It’s not fun to watch, it’s certainly not fun to play. 
     

    You could leave her entire kit intact except for this debuff, and that change alone would probably be a huge boon to the game right now. Some people are asking for debuff to straight up be removed, but nah, doesn’t need to be that extreme. Just take away the permanent nature of the buff, maybe when she dies or switches out.  Anything but the way it works right now. 🙄

    Yeah, on paper it seems like a plot conflict with Agents of Shield but, they’ll probably write around that somehow. Maybe even flat out ignore it. They’ve already shown they’re willing to have the same actor play two characters and ignore that, so lol

     

    It’s probably not that hard to just write around it though. Mockingbird is probably just a “title” or “mantle” that has been passed down.

    Watched the Hawkeye finale finally.

    No Spider-Man appearance was a bummer, but really that was me setting myself up for disappointment lol. I was so sure he was gonna show up in the Christmas Tree scene since he passes that same area at the end of NWH but oh well.

     

    Fantastic finale either way. Yelena vs Kate is possibly my favorite scene from this show and Clint reconciling with Yelena had a ton of emotional weight behind it. It was pretty hard not to tear up during that scene. I’m also shocked they killed off Kingpin….though whenever we hear a gunshot off screen that of course leaves different possibilities open so I guess we’ll see. Personally I think it’d be a waste to kill him off before he even meets Spidey. 
     

    This is probably my second favorite show they’ve done so far, right behind Loki. It has the street level feel of the Netflix Marvel properties with the budget of one of their blockbuster films. I didn’t expect to care about this show too much and it totally surprised me. Kate is a great addition to the MCU and Yelena continues to be a fantastic character. 
     

    My only real complaint about this show…is fuck y’all at Marvel for making me watch that 10 minute stinger thinking they was actually gonna show something important lmfao. I’m over here thinking Spidey is gonna swing by or something that whole time, not even realizing they literally just showing the whole goddamn play right now.😑

     

    8 outta 10 for me. 👍🏾

    Venom taking a trip to MCU means his movies(and Morbius) take place in a different universe. Vulture appears in the Morbius trailer so unless MCU Vulture got sent to Venomverse then that's a different Vulture, right? To clarify, I meant the Venom 2 end credits.

    The way I see it, and I could be wrong but: Morbius seems to take place in the quote unquote “MCU” while Venom exists in whatever Sony-verse he’s from. I don’t think it’s been explicitly detailed that Venom and Morbius are in the same universe but if there’s something proving me wrong by all means someone point it out. Never really thought about this too much actually until you posed the question, now I’m kinda curious as well.

    Why would it? The stinger at the end of Venom had nothing to do with Vulture. It barely hadn’t any ramifications at all.

    This might be my favorite MCU movie ever made. Big ups to Marvel Studios for taking one of the craziest Spidey stories ever and re-imagining it into something a lot more….believable 🙏

    Sony’s Venom can still eat my ass though. It’s a bit of a relief at least to see them imply the MCU Venom is probably a separate entity entirely, lol.
