The Joe Fixit mini is great. Peter David is such a great Hulk writer. Like, yeah, he laid the ground work for most of the mythos of hulk but he’s also just a good writer over all. He has had SOME misses when writing Hulk (the recent Future Imperfect/Maestro series was kinda garbage) but they’re rare. 
 

He’s doing a lot of the new 2099 lines as well.

Hahaha. I hope LimitedRun burns to the ground. They’ve always been scummy and I don’t get how people don’t see that. Theyre a company that cultivates and embraces a scalper community and Mentality. Theyre whole company  requires people falling to FOMO.

Re Squeenix news: From everything I’ve read the games that are far in development and/or tent pole titles like Vision of Mana, DQ3 HD, FF9 remake, FF7 remake chapter 3 are all safe. Most the projects that were cancelled were games they haven’t announced yet that were still in production or haven’t left the alpha/conceptual stages. 
 

it’s mainly just them wanting to take less risks and likely being more cautious about digging into their war chest when it comes to reviving franchises. 
 

in other news, 

Jed MacKay is barely out of the gate with his event Blood Hunt and it’s already one of the best marvel events in years.

Barry Kramer also does a great job. The videos are albeit longer though. 
 

If you don’t know who ‘Penders” is. Ken Penders was main writer and artist for the original Sonic the Hedgehog comic by Archie for about 15 years.  He’s credited for creating over 200 characters through the comics. Most of which he likely wanted to fuck.
 

He also built up the Echidna mythos (like making Knuckles their reincarnation of Jesus or some shit?), the chaos emeralds mythos and a bunch of other stuff. 
 

Sega and Archie had to do a lot of reshuffling and reorganizing when they went to court with him over character rights among other things. A lawsuit which they both lost. 

Good thread for anyone salty about Paper Mario TTYD running at 30fps

the tl;dr is the ttyd remaster team likely would have had to sacrifice too much to keep it at 60fps consistently due to new tech/engine and all the polishing, updating and cleaning up they did. So they lowered it to keep the experience consistent throughout the game. 
 

I get it. 

Fuck the X-Men comic relaunch. I’m not exciting about it what so ever. That said,  this new costume for Jubes is fire.
