This wouldn't be as hard as you think since you're getting put in Diamond right off the bat and most people you play are just in pure autopilot. I'm on my 4th and honestly I hardly even play it that much.

I think they should change the way the battle lounge works because ranked....it's the just the  same people ( maybe if you're lucky you've got a pool of more than 30....) . Wait times are way longer than they should be.

Battlelounge you have all these hundreds of people gathered up in one place yet it's still all over the shop. Feels wasted.

They should have a Masters lounge, Diamond lounge , Platinum lounge , ( anyone can play in any lounge, it's just a tagging system). That way I don't have to keep bodying new players trying to find a match or just people one and done because they feel outmatched. Maybe a Diamond wants to practice vs better players etc

What about Character specific lounges ? There's so many great ideas , but I'm still finding it's me that's got to do the work ( ask on discord etc) .

They nearly got it right , but it's not there yet.

Yeah, as much as the ranked grind can get tiresome fighting the same players, battle hub just isn't it unfortunately.  Connections are all over the place, as is skill level (with most players being at lower skill levels).  I feel like I'm wasting my time there.  Specialized lounges with 4/5 bar connections and players around a similar skill level would be the way to go.  Right now it's like the Wild Wild West.

The past couple sessions have been awful.  I just can't vibe with this game at the moment. Feels like I hit a wall. Can't stop people from doing dumb shyt.

The matchmaking is supposedly fixed and yet I fight the same exact people MULTIPLE times within the same hr. No matter what time of the day I play. Too many people are playing this game to be paired with the same people. I don't want to have to blacklist players so I can have an actual fresh session.

Man, I'm just having less and less fun playing SF6.

Saw your match against Shine today on stream. Yeah seems rough once you get to the higher MR ranks and have to keep playing the same people. Same thing is happening to me in the lower MR ranks, same people over and over and a lot of them one and done for some reason.

In SFV once you hit diamond you were thrown to the wolves fighting Warlords. There was a huge group of players in the same pool. In SF6 every rank seems more protected but the downside is you'll constantly be getting matched up with the same players, especially at higher ranks.

I found enjoyment in being a bully in battle hub. Dominating the obvious scrubs that pollute chat beings a special kind of joy. Same feeling I got when I acted as a gatekeeper to celestial in Strive when I was good enough to do it.

I got my first ragequit last night since forever by a Ken named Velveteen Rabbit. Kind of crazy how little people pull the plug in SF6 compared to SFV.

I guess everyone is letting out their anger in battlehub instead 😂

Hello my dudes, how are you enjoying SF6 so far. Why is blocking bad, why is Ken, why does Honda have better corner carry than Fei Long!!!

    This game 🫠😘

Despite the existence of JP and Ken, I think SF6 is great.  First season of SFV had its issues and even SF4 a personal favourite of mine - the vanilla version was fun but kind of broken.  SF6 is just a really solid game right out of the gate.

I'm actually looking forward to a balance patch though.  The new characters outside of JP are all underpowered.

I gotta say after watching World Warrior Japan top 8 I don't like how people stopped talking about Dee jay. Ken and JP are public enemy #1 and 2, sure, but Dee jay is just creeping around the corner, biding his time and that concerns me.

Rashid too. All the Rashid mains stopped posting tech on twitter about a week into his launch.  Now I know why, they were cooking cuz we got guys like Gachikun putting round start tornados on screen and putting people into Killer Instinct combos until they die.

SFL Japan has Dee Jay all over the place.  He's tied with JP and Luke for most played.  He's definitely hiding in the shadows of JP and Ken - think there's a chance he could avoid the nerf bat and emerge as top 1.
