Just some stretches and aerobics. if I can get through them well enough tonight, then tomorrow I'll try something more in line with old routine.
Here's how we're looking now

Hey man, don't push yourself too hard. Be mindful of your knee.

My knee I think is almost totally healed up. Gonna do some squats before bed tonight.

Lmfao he's been grooming bitches for fucking decades. He just doesn't know it has a term.

WWE is not gonna do a grooming angle. Vince would need to be explained what grooming is and why it's wrong. If this man didn't know people found Asians attractive he will Def not know wtf grooming is.

You’d have to call it “Pulling a Patterson” or “The Moolah Money Maker” and he’d get it but wouldn’t get why it’s a bad thing.

Let's say, heavily conflicted. Granted not as conflicted as a Yemeni KoF player, but still...

Yeah, the quarantine forced me to change my diet too. I can't really say I lost weight but I definitely became leaner overall. I'm still about the same weight but I can tell a lot of it is muscle density making up for it. For now I'm staying active and continuing to show discipline.
Home cooking is also something that can improve self-confidence. You see these neat looking food items in magazines and menus and then you up and make it yourself, you don't burn your house down, it tastes amazing and it's way better for you. It's godlike.
I pulled my MCL a couple of weeks ago so I've fallen off big time on my squats. I've been gradually stressing my quads again so I can not fall off too hard with I fully heal, and I'm confident I can make myself stronger than before.
The weight truck before this injury was one of my favorite new things to do post-quarantine. It's extremely motivating to have the weight truck at max resistance with 6 45s stacked upon it and to be able to do laps with it. Even the trainers were in awe. I'm proud that I was able to keep pace and even improve my performance during quarantine. The metal hook of my resistance bands broke off earlier this week during my lunch break workout, so I still gotta hook up the new stuff.

Quit the gym as soon as COVID hit, so I have been relying on changing my diet, doing more activities outside and using resistance bands. The diet change was easy since I gave up eating out. Now I cook for myself more and only have takeout twice a month. Resistance bands I try to do everyday, but I don't do as much cardio as my old gym routine.
I am planning to get an exercise bike to do more cardio because I highly doubt I will be going back to the gym in 2021. I am fine-tuning a consistent routine that keeps me active.

Quarantine forced me to stop making excuses and go all in with my workout routines, whether it be stretches, aerobics, heavy weights, cardio or overarching physical activity. I taught myself how to cook delicious healthy food too.
How's everyone holding up as we reach the end of the COVID mess and vaccines start to roll out?

I need to start working out but I've changed my diet, cut out fast food, reduced calories, cut my sugar intake and I've gone from 259lbs to 231lbs. I literally have to buy some more belts because I can't tighten my belt anymore (out of holes). Went from 40" pants to 36" pants. My waist is actually smaller than 36".

Pat Patterson died this morning. Let's see if that rape story bubbles back up in light of his passing as WWE will likely celebrate his life and long tenure.
I was part of the WWE Virtual Crowd last Monday and here are my thoughts.
1) The showrunner would tell me when to cheer and boo, either during entrances, big spots, or finishes. When the show started he said the more animated I was, the more likely I'd be on camera. It was absolutely infuriating that every time I was starting to get lost in the show, he'd chime in and completely yank me out of whatever zone I was getting in to focus on what was happening. Even the most casual of casuals I've spoken to about this, whose only point of reference to wrestling is channel flipping to RAW or Smackdown or NXT randomly, were appalled that they'd tell me who to cheer or boo.
2) The Thunderdome stream quality is embarrassing. I was having flashbacks of pirating PPVs on Desirulez and Firstrow back in college.
3) I actually enjoyed RAW strangely enough. I hadn't watched a full ep in years but that's another reason why the extremely intrusive showrunner is getting a garbage review when I do my next Network survey. If not for him, or if he just told me when commercial breaks were ending and no further interruptions in an already spotty stream, I would have considered trying again next week. 2010 me would have been mad hype for Miz/Morrison v Sheamus/Drew lol.
4) I noticed that Lana and Asuka take the barricade swing spot completely different ways and both of them make total sense on how to take it. I know it'd be easy to assume Asuka's is the right way but given that Lana's sole purpose now is to be a crash dummy for Nia I'm more inclined to side with her.

Psychoblue got a reaction from Deadly_Raver in Anime and Manga Thread: Isekai must Die edition
I'm sure there are dumber takes out there, but in the Saint Seiya discord where I mentioned the KOF Isekai and the recent Red Ranger Isekai and how I found amusing that the Isekai protagonist's home world is so fucked that the one he's going into with magic and stuff is "normal" in comparison, someone stated that "I saw you like het pairings so I assume you like harem anime."
Could you imagine breaking that down with anime removed from the context entirely?
"You wouldn't like it, it doesn't have a mass orgy"
"...what?"
"Well I saw you enjoyed Titanic"

I'm far more worried about the people who had their personal info hacked than any game leak, especially one we had a feeling was on the way soon given how old SFV was.
