If you are against the vaccine then fine. Just...don't say anything. Keep it to yourself. We've had this argument so many times in here already.

If that is a real blue vewlix machine then you don't want it. Real blue Vewlix cabs have input lag due to their laggy displays.
If it's just a clone that happens to be blue then it might be good. Only one way to find out... 🙃

You can use stadiacontroller or XOutput to make them act as a xbox controllers while connected to a PC through USB.
I don't think there's much hope of getting them to work as PS3 controllers though.
