Anvil can't be used to upgrade past +3. You need to find the blacksmith to upgrade anything further

In Elden Ring specifically, the player has lower body invulnerability when jumping, so that's why jumping over sweeps and thrusts is fairly easy, but you can't jump through vertical attacks.

Sea of Stars has me cautiously optimistic. It looks pretty cool, I just wonder if the story would be any good

Bro, there's a bunch of people still hoping that FF7R2 will be open world. Fans definitely want it. It's just what they're imagining in their head is like an old style full world map but that you actually explore or some shit.

Yeah LRG really is only doing that for games that aren't seeing ANY physical release otherwise. It's not like they were going to get a physical release without them.

Them being a little more expensive than digital is natural since these are small runs they're doing as a third party for collectors.

Hey all, the publisher I work at has just today announced this 2d action game, Slave Zero X:

It's basically Strider 2 with DMC combos. And here's a little combo video thing from the developer:

They have actually been trying to buff weaker normals or moves characters didn't use, and the light counter getting extra hitstun is an interesting change, so I mean, there's some good examples of stuff, but yeah the Leo thing is nuts, so really who knows lol

I'm not too bothered honestly, even if Nago gets nerfed too hard I'll probably still play, I just like the game.

Also, considering this is ArcSys but also how their Strive balance patches have been so far, I really feel like I can't predict what will happen at all lol

"Most" is definitely different from "all." But in any case both of those games are original IPs so they aren't the same as a MegaMan fan game, for example.

Oh also the Bell Bearing fight in The Isolated Shack in Caelid is bullshit. Whoever put him here didn't think it through cuz the whole area is either a giant cliff or a rabid giant black dog that will attack you while fighting this field boss. Very very frustrating. 

 

Worth fighting thp as he drops a bell Bearing for each fight. I think there are 4 of them. 

That one in Caelid is exactly the one I decided to put off for later lol

Basically 99, I think from 60 to 99 you only gain a hundred or two more but you do still gain some.
