I read that post before. Did you just ignore the whole first paragraph on purpose and saw the words gimmick and said it must be fake. To me he's referencing the hot Asian wife stuff not the whole incident. It's very clear this was a very real thing in his house

I really wish all these female pairings in NXT were building towards what Sasha and bayley originally wanted the women’s tag titles to be. I’d love to see the women’s tag titles defended on all 3 brands on the regular.

 

It’d make the most sense to it right now too since almost all the wwe talent live in Florida or surrounding states. So booking it and talent traveling would be a fucking breeze.

 

unfortunately I feel the only reason they’re doing it is because of wargames.

thatcher vs Ciampa is the most boring feud I can think of. 
 

so I just saw the spot where Rhea lost her piercings. One of them or multiple of them got caught on Io’s gear. A few spots later Io Shirai shotei’ed the absolute shit of out of Rhea but the full contact of it hit Rhea’s ear. Her piercings went flying to the floor.

 

I think she had some kind of lip or tongue ring too because she was bleeding from her mouth a few spots later too. Just no where near as bad. 
 

pretty sure Rhea gave Io a few receipts for it. When I saw it happen I couldn’t and still can’t understand how Rhea wasn’t screaming in agony and crumpled into a ball. 
 

I have my ears gauged and have had them blown before (stretched too soon and they slightly tear) and it’s one of the most painful things I have ever felt in my life. I can’t imagine 5 piercings being ripped out of my body. 
 

When Rhea and Io hugged you could hear Io profusely apologizing to Rhea and she kept telling Io it’s okay and trying to comfort her.

There was some talk of her willingness to take down her Twitch account, and she had even said on Twitch when the story first broke that her account may not be up longer. According to one person in the company with knowledge of the situation, she was told about it by Mark Carrano, asked to talk to Vince McMahon and Carrano told her that he doesn’t want to talk to you and he was escorted out of the building.

 

DAMN! Not like she killed his dog.

Tidbits on the AEW wrestling game

 

The game was pitched as a mix of No Mercy and Here Comes The Pain sensibilities

More creative freedom than they had with THQ or 2K

Yukes was developing a separate wrestling game before talks with AEW. Williams doesn't know if the project was scrapped or not.

AEW's engine is being made from scratch

Bloodstains confirmed

* I hate that I feel absolutely nothing when it comes to this. If this has happened when Undertaker lost the streak I think I would have been incredibly sad. Now? I just wish he’d gtfo my screen cause it just seems gratuitous and self indulgent now. 
* Yes keep pumping in those cheers and chants into an empty building. Definitely doesn’t make it seem like Undertaker is going through some weird existential crisis at the finale of a sitcom at all. 
* I know I shouldn’t laugh at Undertaker having to use a lift to get in and out of the ring but god dammit I am. 
 

Survivor Series was fine. New Day vs. Profits, Asuka vs. Sasha and Roman vs. Drew were great. The rest of the card was whatever.
