With the exception of SF3, that's what all of them are though. And Dudley is the bestest boxer in the booniverse.

Plus there's Sakura. Actually I think Karin should be auto-included as well, since she's Sakura's rival. Not sure this discussion belongs in the lounge but I'm just leaving it here anyway.

And Dudley creates no lawsuits. Without Boxer you can switch the other bosses' names back to the correct form, too.

This would make a good starting roster for pretty much every Street Fighter. And then just add the new characters. And have Sagat and Dudley (not Boxer) as well.



Was watching a video last night about "how good was the roster of SF5" and they were talking about how the choices for character release were sometimes mistakes, and there were way too many new characters. I agree.

I'm really glad I didn't pre-order Cyberpunk.

I'll still get it later, if it's good, though.

I don't know, since I don't use whatsapp very much.

But with wechat you -must- use the QR code to login on desktop (unless you just emulate an Android environment).

Also the desktop version does not allow you to see Moments (essentially the newsfeed) and your chat history doesn't carry over between the two. It will only show the messages you have when you looked at them/sent them from the PC version.

They really don't care about the desktop version at all, maybe because a majority of Chinese people don't have home computers yet (but damn near everyone has a smart phone).

I should also mention that wechat is also the dominant payment system and also by far the most popular social media app in China.

There are some people who aren't really using the internet, so I'm sure SOMEONE is still using the Yellow pages. Gotta say though, there are a lot of areas where companies basically assume you have a smartphone and tailor the experience towards that without any real contingency for if you don't. I tried signing up for something recently and didn't want to use my phone, but there was really no way to complete the sign up without one. 

 

Wechat (the Chinese copy of Whatsapp) (I'm not Chinese- need it for work) has the same issue- there is no legitimate browser version of the App. To log in to the app, you have to scan the QR code from your phone, making it a totally superflous desktop app.

I finally just downloaded bluestacks (android emulator) to use the app correctly. Ridiculous.

Happened to that woman from Top Gun as well. Meanwhile Tom Cruise is apparently unaffected by age.

So I watched Wayne's World for the first time yesterday. It's a pretty funny movie (1 watch only though).

I googled the main actress of the movie, mannnnnnn has she let herself go. I know it's 30 years later and all but she's.... fat now. Not thicc, just fat.

I had high hopes for 5 but I'm terrible at it and it's not enjoyable. Not sure if this is even the right thread to discuss this though.

I do really like the roster for 5, it's a lot better than 4. Especially the lack of Rufus.

Yeah Naomi is notoriously difficult to emulate. Hopefully we'll get rollback for CvS2, MvC2 etc someday but from what I've been told, the save states are so large that rollback is difficult.

I'm tech illiterate so I don't understand the stuff.

Yeah I've got 2 practical (having 2 assists) TODs with Beerus that require no spark. Beerus does insane damage in the corner.

This one, however, is pretty impractical (big body only, according to Talios) but I'd like to learn it anyway, as there are a lot of big body players nowadays:
