    The U.S. Secret Service opened an investigation Thursday into ’80s star John Schneider for demanding the public hanging of Joe Biden and son Hunter Biden, even though he has since walked back those statements.

    Although the Secret Service and the White House officially remained mum on the subject, Deadline reported, “sources close to events confirm a probe is in the preliminary stage.”

    Schneider, who starred as Bo Due in The Dukes of Hazard, had just finished a stint on The Masked Singer when he tweeted:

    The post has since been deleted and Schneider, a MAGA Republican, now says his tweet was misconstrued:

     

     

    According to Deadline, “The law ‘prohibits knowing and willful threats to kill, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm against’ the President, the VP, their predecessors, potential successors, and their respective ‘immediate family.’”

    Like I said, he'd have to have beaten ALL of those charges to at least have been "alright". As talented as he is, if it played out in his favor,  folks would have forgotten about this in about a year. People who would have brought it up are those who just want to be loud for the sake of doing so.

     

    I will agree that I'm film and TV (in front of the camera) his career is DONE if not a really long pause. It'll be at least a decade before we see him again. Personally, the biggest issue I have outside of the obvious, is that the case was blown up for effectively misdemeanor charges. That's like having a drawn-out trial for doing 100 in a 70.

    I honestly think that if he had double perfect the court system, he'd at least have been "alright".

    I mean, I wasn't actually crying, but that's the closest I've gotten from a videogame in a while. Note that I don't play many games though.

    The one that absolutely wrecked me was GOW: Ragnarok.  It wasn't until the funeral that it hit me. The answer to that riddle shook my entire soul.

     

    "A hole. . . gets bigger the more you take away". 

     

    For context, this was about 7 months after my Dad passed away and 8 months after I lost my dog. 

     

    I legit sat on the couch and wept the entire way through the end credits. All of my grief was expelled at that moment.

    So far at this point it seems to point that Majors may not have even been  there when some of her injuries occurred, he was at a hotel.  Again everything is supposed/alleged right now.  She claimed that Majors injured her during the altercation in the car but they got video footage of her after and she isn't hurt.  She even went to the club with her friends.

    More figures were dropped. I got the Optimus Prime/Soundwave two pack for Transformers: Reactivate.

     

    Soundwave - It's "fine"

     

    Optimus Prime though . . . it might be one of the best Voyager Prime's we've seen (and yes that includes Earthrise).  The transformation scheme new but at the same time familiar. It reminds me of how the 07 Classics Prime showed up and showed out. At almost $65 USD, I can't say buy it for the Prime alone, but if you did, you won't be disappointed.

    I'll step through each aspect. 

     

    • Packaging 
      • While the box art is great, inside it's nothing but cardboard boxes without any print. For a made to order release, you'd think there would be a little better care. It's not like how the current releases are (e.g., accessories wrapped in tissue paper) but it's a far cry from Victory Saber.
    • Accessories
      • Couldn't ask for anything else. You can recreate almost any moment in the show.
      • I do wish that the mace had fixed points (e.g., MP Megatron v2). There isn't a way to have any dynamic posing with it. 
    • Deathsaurus
      • It's great. The right level of complexity while keeping true to the original design. 
      • My only complaints would be that 
        • Tigerchest (BKA Tigerbreast) doesn't slot in as well as I'd like. It occasionally pops out when I fidget with the main figure.
        • One of the tabs going from the robot arm to the "Griffin" legs requires perfect alignment to seat properly. 

    If you were a fan of the character, you missed out. Now seeing how much it's going for on the aftermarket, I wouldn't do it. It was already pretty steep as is. 

     

    Also, I got a few other figures in over the last few days. The standout is Armada (Legacy) Optimus Prime. A lot of love went into that figure. 

     

    I am really hoping for a RID Optimus Prime (AKA Fire Convoy).

    I watched the video (not linking), and it's even sadder (funnier for me, sadder for most people) than what the above implies. Tyrone's girl (of many years) always wanted to go to Disneyland. With him specifically. He's saying he can't support Disney because it's woke now (he doesn't say woke, but says enough for you to read between the lines), so he's not taking her. Maybe she can go with a friend. I'm speculating, but maybe it'll be on his dime. By the way, she's right beside him in the video. She doesn't seem that sad about it at least.

     

    This sounds sad to most people, but to me...

    This nigga is in his mid-forties, and is not taking his multi-year girlfriend to Disneyland because Disney is woke now. This, despite him being easily able to afford it through YouTube bucks. Something's wrong with me, because I should be sad at this shit, but I can't stop laughing.

    Wasn't really a fan of his channel to start with . . . now he's doubling down with this "woke" BS.

    I still need to finish this show. I wasn't a fan when it first came out, but it grew on me. Just never got around to finishing the latter half of Season 2. I honestly enjoyed the fact that Optimus Prime was not the Supreme Leader. 

     

    This arrived today - I'll let you all know my thoughts later.

    No.1 being instant karma.  Nobody pulled out a knife, no guns were brandished, and nobody is trying to delete someone relatively small shit.  Dude was being a complete ass and he had a chance to wallow and regret life choices.  They even try to help him despite him arguably not deserving it.

    The only thing about this that sucks is giving him water. Unless you got gallons, that ain't gonna work. Give the eyes a milk bath and you'll be right as rain. I (unfortunately) had to do this the a couple weeks ago. I was cutting jalapenos and rubbed my eyes. The sting wasnt immediate, but you could feel it build. Tried water and it was laughable relief. Soaked a paper towel with milk and laid it across my eyes for a few seconds and problem solved. 

     

    Another Kitchen story - Today, I earned my stripes as the Mandolin finally tasted blood. Doing a quick slice with cucumber and went into autopilot. Took a nice piece of the skin off. While it wasn't super deep, we've hit the max out of pocket for the year so, leveraged the $0 co pay. The wife and I went to urgent care and they got it taken care of. The only good thing was my BP. I've been running at least one mile every day since my bday in Oct. The reading was 109/70. Hasn't been that low since grade school.
