SF4 has plenty of dumb shit in it to be sure -- but I still enjoy it a lot more than SFV, which feels very restraining.

When I moved to HK I started using 24-hour clocks -- I use it on everything now.  It's nice not having to think about AM or PM, especially when you're a night owl.

My daughter is about 5 months old and she just cut her first two bottom teeth.  She gets a little fussy, and she doesn't nap for very long, but she's sleeping 8 hrs straight every night so I can't complain. But man, babies take up all your time, LOL. I love every second of it, but it keeps me from posting on forums as much as I'd like to. Probably a good thing 😋

Compared to a lot of other characters he's very weak and a lot of his tools to get in are quite unsafe.

It’s true. I’m not going to lie, i was incredibly frustrated at the start (I debated posting something along the lines of “this meta sucks so much omg” like 10 times lol), but eventually, i started figuring out how to endure it a little better, and apply it myself and then it wasn't so bad... Became quite a good lesson actually.

I just spend an hour fighting the Crab Boss in Serious Sam 4.
That was some serious crustation I tell ya, that thing was to shellfish to die, Sam even ran out of crab puns, he might have to brush up his vocrabulary.
 
Serious + No Gadgets is actually really hard..... it's actually not that hard, but that Boss was something else. And no I didn't savescum in the end, the finish was legit.

I understand the appeal.  It's a good action game with a lot of style, but it's not like it was the first of its kind or necessarily even the best.  I just don't know why some fans act like it's the greatest game to ever grace the Earth.  The obsession fans have with Bayonetta sequels (or the lack thereof) seems disproportionate to the quality of the actual games themselves.

It is, because unlike old Fightcade, Fightcade 2 uses multiple emulators.  In addition to a better version of Final Burn, Fightcade 2 also uses nullDC for NAOMI support.
 
Go to the Fightcade 2 directory and open up the ROMS folder.  You'll see shortcuts to each of the different emulator ROM paths.  Place the Project Justice NAOMI rom files in the nullDC ROM folder.
 
Alternatively, you can use nullDC-BEAR.
 
It's not rollback and requires you to use RadminVPN to connect with players, but the program downloads ROMs for you automatically.  I know some people prefer online CVS2/MVC2 over nullDC-BEAR rather than Fightcade 2.
 
You can even use nullDC-BEAR to download the appropriate ROMs for you, and then import them into the Fightcade 2 ROM folder.  
 
Since both Fightcade 2 and nullDC-BEAR use nullDC as the base emulator, you SHOULD be able to swap ROM files between them no problem.

What we need is something of value that will drive people here from the platforms they are currently on.  Then once they've had a taste of the good stuff we'll hold them hostage.
 
I thought about allowing people to post status updates on their profile pages like FB/Twitter.  People will be able to see your status updates and comment on them just like on social networks.
 
I've also thought about giving users blogs or creating a wiki.  Not sure where I want to take things yet.  We've built a cool clubhouse but now we need some kind of attraction that will pull people from Twitter/Reddit/Discord.
