You ever hear about the DDP/Scott Steiner fight?  DDP stood up for Kimberly because Steiner was getting on her case way out of pocket, and Steiner nearing dug DDP's eyes out.  DDP went on record saying Steiner wasn't just crazy, he was a killer, and he was lucky to have walked away from that alive.  I suspect that's what kept people from trying something unless they were willing to bring some kind of weapon to the skirmish.

Rory Kampf, desperate to matter for another 15 minutes, did an interview about it this morning. When Rory’s lips are moving, he’s typically lying, but one part of what he said was the God’s honest truth:

“I’d never heard that he had forced someone to touch his genitals,” Karpf admitted. “Everything with Ric that was construed as negative I tried to address in the 30 for 30. His drinking, his philandering, his adultery, his money problems, there’s quite a bit, but never, at least in the people that I spoke to, no one ever brought up that he would force himself on somebody.”

I allowed my personal life and the lives of my wife and children to be turned upside down for one reason: Whether it’s good or bad, even the really bad, the truth has to matter. Even in wrestling.

My issues have been well documented over my 40+ year career. The impact of drinking too much (which nearly killed me 5 years ago) has been told time and time and time again. The reason Rory (or anyone else for that matter) never heard stories of me forcing myself on ANYONE is simple: it never happened.

If you watched his promo from last SD, Kevin has checked out he’s counting down the days on his contract. Sami is up first but he’s kept it hush but it shouldn’t surprise anyone he will take off. Gargano is another he’s done the most entertaining stuff during his WWE run, but with a baby on the way I assume he will weight his options.

Miz's fundies in the ring are really, really good.  He'd be the trusted veteran in a territory where a hot new face needs a heel to smack around and make him look good.  That's exactly why Miz is always the first to volunteer to put over a new face that the main roster is pushing, or to get run over by someone they want to be a dominant force.  

 

Dude had a dream and grabbed it.  I always thought Punk was a, well, punk for shitting on him for taking the brass ring before he did even as Miz did nothing but put him over in the Punk documentary that came out shortly after the Pipe Bomb.  Seems like both of them are much happier where they are now.
