The Flow Soft Mod exploit. Yoy use a thimb drive to make a image of the exploit then use the PS4s browser to activate the exploit. Then you use another program to convert the games to .pkg and install them through the GoldenHEN software (the exploit) like yoy would any other peice of thumb drives software. Took less then 45 minutes.

As for Tango Gameworks shuttering while super duper ass isn't that surprising or wild to me, outside Evil Within their games haven't sold well. Why? I don't really know, probably a combination of platform *Japanese games on a primary western focused platform) and bad advertising. So many people have no idea HI Fi Rush is available on PS now.

So while it suoer duper sucks balls I'm not remotely surprised by it. Mikami left years ago, that female developer left mid development of Tokyo Ghost Wire and that was her project from what I understand.

Just kinda seemed like they where on life support already.

Gem from the Homelander teaser

Yeah I hate everything about that Homelander victory screen...the way his tongue comes out before he puts the milk up, the sound of him sniffing the milk, and the wet glurking noise....it's perfect.

Nintendo end of fiscal year stuff

https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/events/index.html

Switch is currently sitting at 141.32 Mill units.  Just as a reminder, DS is at 154.02 Mill and PS2 sits at 160 mill as revealed by Jim Ryan back in March.  Hardware sales have declined year of year ans so have software but they're saying sales are still steady especially for a console in its 8th year.  I'm pretty sure the announcement of the successor is probably not gonna help those numbers moving forward.

Top 10 games sold on the platform currently are MK8D (61.97 Mill), AN:NH (45.36 mill), Smash Ult ( 34.22), LoZ: BotW (31.85), SMO (27.96 mill), Pokemon Sw/Sh (26.27 mil), Pokemon Sc/Vi, 24.92 Mill, Super Mario Party (20.66 mill), LoZ: TotK (20.61 Mill), NSMBUD (17.45 Mill) .  Other Million seller numbers include SMB: Wonder (13.44 mil), NS Sports (8.18), Pikmin 4 (3.48), SMRPG Remake (3.31), Mario Party Superstars (12.89 mill), SM3DW +BF (13.47), Luigi's Mansion 3 (14.25), Splatoon 3 (11.96), Princess Peach: Showtime (1.22), Mario vs. Donkey Kong (1.12),  Kirby and the FL (7.52).    Nintendo also is saying that LoZ: TotK, SMB Wonder, and Pikmin 4 have seen sell through at a faster pace than any past titles released on Switch in their respective series.  So apparently TotK is still outpacing BotW in sales in comparison to where it was in it's life...doesn't mean it will reach BotW's numbers but it still has a chance to get close depending on a number of factors...chief among them being whether the rumors hold true and Switch 2 is BC.

According to the report, DLC for Pokemon Sc/Vi, MK8D, and Splatoon 3 performed well this fiscal year.

While the price started in the mere hundreds, it’s now jumped well beyond what anyone seemed to expect. “I’ve had my eye on this since it was around $800 and figured I’d be willing to pay up to like 10 grand for it,” tweeted localization specialist John Ricciardi. “It’s now over $640,000 lol.” Less than 24 hours later, the price has only continued to spike.

I do kinda miss ads being creative and taking small jabs or shots at other IP.

Speaking of that, back when I was a kid the ads for politicians during electoral years were fucking hilarious.

They roasted each other very savagely on them, doing basically full comedy routines.

I am COOKING in Season 31 of Diablo III: Eternal Collection. Went with a Monk and I am loving her. I'm also finding some SUPER GOOD drops. Gpt some great Legendary items that allow me to damage tons of enemies and take them out in seconds. Three more pieces of this Justice set and I'll be able to dish out an additional 20,000% damage.

D3---yeah that puts it on my mind once again--- I haven't played the monk in a few years though.  I always liked the build and set that mostly uses Exploding Palm, dashing strike and 7-sided Strike.... that 7-side strike is one of the coolest looking moves in the game.  I haven't played a monk character in so long though because I just enjoy the necromancer and wizard that much... crusader is also up there (*quite the comeback story there; previously the crusader sucked, imo... I'd say the "Aegis of Valor" set and certain builds around that saved it, finally making that class so much better and more fun)

Anyway, I've made sooo many necromancers and wizard characters in that game it's insane.  Necro in the early game is super easy-mode in terms of leveling as well, thanks to the "corpse explosion" skill being so ridiculous. (*Corpse explosion continues to be insanely useful in Diablo 4 as well, btw)

A comment I saw on youtube puts very well the whole issue with Lolbox right now.

A new controller
Sponge Bob consoles,

XSX skins

LAYOFFS

But 0 stuff about their upcoming new 1st party game that is coming in 13 days, lol.

I bet most people don't even know a new game is coming, even less which one.

Shit like that is why I loved Clay Fighters back in the day. It played like crap most games and the last one definitely lost the charm with the character designs but the ads at least for the first two games were on point and made kid me laugh.

I was excited to get my hands on the n64 clayfighter entirely because it aped a few mechanics from sf3, which I had no way of getting my hands on at the time. Fighters were ridiculously scarce on that system.

During the investor Q&A Nintendo President Furukawa addresses Digital/Physical distribution of games.

the short of it is that Nintendo is happy with growth of their digital sales portfolio but they plan on keeping physical the priority and plan to actually increase production volume of physical game cards as it’s still the most convenient for consumers and still more profitable for Nintendo.

I need the next console to not be called the Snitch lol.  I know thats not actually what the new console will be named but after the explanation for Wii U its not outside of the realm of possibility.

"We are bringing a NEW Switch to you so we calling the next console the SNITCH"

"......ok...so I follow your thought process...but its still dumb as shit"

I really can't imagine being one of the companies that was just recently bought thats not ActiBlizz right now.  I know Ninja Theory's cheeks are fully clenched right now.
