Because you can't be best buddies in anime unless you attempt to kill one another.

I know they were trying to push that  "so similar" angle between the two, but Sasuke was like a total dick with him and even tried to get him killed several times, while Naruto was peddling the "OMG we're BFF fo life!" BS despite Sasuke literally never being nice to him sans that time he saved Naruto's ass against Haku

Honestly, Gaara was a better friend to Naruto than Sasuke if we're being real. That friendship was pretty well developed after their death match, I could see Naruto risking life and limb to help Gaara, that'd actually make sense 🤷🏾‍♂️

he was nice a few times...i think you blocked out a bunch of things. like sauske feeding him during the early training when naruto failed one of kakashi's tests..may have been the bell test.

https://techland.time.com/2012/03/06/youd-need-76-work-days-to-read-all-your-privacy-policies-each-year/

A couple of Carnegie Mellon researchers recently published a paper suggesting that reading all of the privacy policies an average Internet user encounters in a year would take 76 work days. Imagine spending 15 work weeks punching the clock so you could keep up to date on how not to let Internet companies violate your privacy.

Based on past posts I would argue otherwise.

I mean, I've converted back to my old self recently prior to registering here. A lot less being self-conscious of what other people think of me by living more of a rebel life. It's about having more control, than having people control you. Most people don't really care about each other, so why should I do the same? It doesn't mean I can't find interest in like-minded people or someone that intrigues me, though.

This is the beginning thought processes for nihilism.

I've flirted with nihilism before, but I was never all the way in it. Showing support, appeasing, and willing to help others, which was for their benefit in my local area most of my life, is a decent reflection on how most of the world will treat you, which was never in my favor. That has been the source of my pain and despair, of trying to measure up to others, so I could fit in, because I knew I was no where near the average person growing up. So, I've given up on the majority, and I'm ok with that. Caring for others, requires too much of a valiant effort. It was never for me to begin with.

You weren't doing good to do good. You where doing good to feel good about yourself and to feel like you measured up or fit in with a crowd. It wasn't for you because you weren't doing it right to begin with. You where doing right and looking around for how doing right would benefit you. You now don't see the point because it doesn't produce something for yourself when doing good and helping is about uplifting others, not yourself.  You didn't help people to help them. You helped them to help yourself.

Of course, because it was always hard to feel what you majority people feel toward life. I could never understand this and likely never will.

Report: NYC Prep School Parents Outraged over Class on ‘Porn Literacy’

Justine-Fonteejustinefonte.com_-640x480.

Parents of students at the Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School are reportedly outraged over explicit content added to the curriculum.

In addition to usual studies, the school last month launched lessons about porn but allegedly did not inform families or allow them to decline, according to a New York Post article published on May 22.

The outlet continued:

When juniors at the $47,000-a-year Manhattan school showed up for a health and sexuality workshop, most thought it was “just going to be about condoms or birth control,” a student told The Post. Instead, it was something called “Pornography Literacy: An intersectional focus on mainstream porn,” taught by Justine Ang Fonte, who’s the director of Health & Wellness at another elite prep school, Dalton.

The often-explicit slide presentation and lecture by Fonte to the 120 boys and girls included lessons on how porn takes care of “three big male vulnerabilities”; statistics on the “orgasm gap” showing straight women have far fewer orgasms with their partners than gay men or women; and photos of partially-nude women, some in bondage, to analyze “what is porn and what is art.”

The Post said it reviewed some of Fonte’s presentation.

“One slide cited various porn genres such as ‘incest-themed,’ consensual or ‘vanilla,’ ‘barely legal,’ and ‘kink and BDSM’ (which included ‘waterboard electro’ torture porn as an example),” the outlet reported.

On her website titled “intersectional health education,” Fonte explained, “I come from a family of Philippine immigrants, am a child of colonization, student of decolonization, and have reveled in disrupting health education for 10 years.”

One presentation listed on the website is labeled “Porn Literacy 11th Grade Class.”

A female student reportedly said many of the teenagers, aged 16 and 17, viewed the lesson on Zoom while they were at home, which alerted some parents to the content. However, some students were at the school and made to gather in the gym to watch on their laptops.

“We were all so shocked and mortified,” the student told the Post, adding, “We were all like, ‘Why are they doing this? Why do they think it’s OK?’”

Meanwhile, concerned parents launched an anonymous social media page titled “@SpeakUpCGPS,” according to the outlet.

“CGPS is heading for disaster. An ideology masquerading as ‘social justice’ threatens to destroy our school. Speak up!” the Instagram profile read:

Once the Post published its article, Columbia’s head of school Dr. William M. Donohue reportedly issued an email to parents stating the “content and tone of the presentation did not represent our philosophy, which is to educate our students in ways that promote their personal development and overall health, as well as to express respect for them as individuals.”

“It was unfortunate that we did not better inform ourselves of the speaker’s specific content in advance,” he wrote. “In this case, the speaker did not align with our unique CGPS mission and for this, I apologize… Going forward we will certainly learn from this experience.”

However, a mother organizing the social media campaign told the Post Donohue’s statement did not address the root issue.

“It’s not about this one class. It’s about the whole radical direction the school is going into,” she reportedly said.

Which is why I reiterate you didnt turn out fine bro.

Since, going back and forth with you is starting to get annoying, I've turned off my notifications, and I'm just going to say "whatever you say, commoner". Whatever makes me feel better from now on, is all that matters. I don't need anyone who is the exact opposite of me to question nor lecture me.

Since I've migrated to those that are similar enough to me, it's best to not dwell here any further.

Funny that im having a legit convo with you about what it means to do good and havent insulted you at all but you still felt the need to call me a commoner.

Call me a commoner all you want, just proves me right that your not half as put together as think you are.

Imagine someone calling you a commoner and 100’% meaning it. It’s laughable how stupid saying that to someone is.

It’s like a stereotypical larping nerd from a sitcom or movie come to life.

Was so weird. We both post on the same forum, neither of us are mods, and he doesn't really know my life situation to know where I fall financially or socially to begin with.

Legit grasping at straws to not have the face the truth that he's kind of a crappy dude.

I really want to replace my tv but I also have no need to replace my tv outside of personal nitpicks.

I hate it’s OS (smart tv) and how big the remote is considering the only functions I use on it is switching HDMI’s, power and volume.

If I do Im thinking of getting a Roku TV.  I can download their app which seconds as a TV remote. Which to me is way more convenient. I have an Apple TV set up as well and have never used its remote outside of me initially setting it up.

If you have a smaller TV and can catch a bigger one at a good price, I'd go for it. But only noticeably bigger. I went from a 32" (very old) TV to a 55 some time ago and am kicking myself that I didn't do it earlier.

Random, but: while I hate R. Kelly as a person, this installment of Trapped in the Closet is timeless comedy gold. I kinda forgot about it, but came back out of nowhere and my head still hurts from laughing. Just like when it first came out.

Commoner?

Calling someone "commoner" sounds like crossing Terry Bogard with Scorpion.

Street Fighter 5 levels of godawful.

That isn't it.  it's the soy.  If you haven't already, Google,"Soy face"  and then add on 10 pounds in the gym tomorrow.  You don't ever want to be in that group.

I just Google it.

So betas have adopted a lifestyle of imitating Star Lord before he made it?

so.......................This is apparently a thing.

How in the name of the 29 hells do you get MARRIED to the friendzone?  More importantly, WHY?

.................Why God?  Why is this happening?

Ok I know this is too soon, but we need to change the ring shape for this kind of relationship from circular to square. That's the only shape that has the structural integrity to symbolise the inescapable nature of the friendzone.
