Comic sales are fine. Theres a lot wrong with the industry. Especially at a distribution level and price point level but comic sales are fine. Whether it be the big three of Marvel, DC and Image or smaller publications they’re still fine. 
 

This isn’t me arguing manga sales aren’t higher or better or whatever but they’re sold and tracked based on an entire different metric. Also a lot less goes into manga in terms of publication, production and distribution.

The thing I hate most about Twitter is that it's exposed people that are talented and interesting as having the same ill thought out takes as everyone else despite the fact that these famous people probably have more access to information than the rest of us.

I wrote "none of the above" in the presidential spot of the 2020 ballot. Even the libertarian candidate was hot garbage, not that I make a regular thing of voting for them either. I don't think it honestly matters who the president is anymore. Vote local, those are the most important elections in your life anyway.

You are right. As for the 3rd Party candidate. They don't have a chance in hell of winning, so my vote for them is more of protest vote then a show of support. I just vote for the 3rd party candidate i hate the least.

I think they COULD have a chance if the Dems and Reps didn't spend so much time and money devising ways to keep them off the ballots or making people believe that they're wasting their vote by voting for them, and if people who said they'd vote for a 3rd party if they actually had a chance actually voted for them.

It's sad that this is where my mind has been thinking about Jonathan Majors, but: I think he's a bigger bag fumbler than Gina Carano. She's finally been beaten. At least in the halls of Disney.

 

Gina Carano - even if she didn't fuck things up - was likely never going to headline a Disney Star Wars show, with how much they've been announcing shit and cutting it later. Plus, she's still going to be alright, as she's in a casino money family.

 

Majors had what was likely an 8 figure deal to be the marquee villain of the MCU for a stretch, and threw it away doing dumb shit. Yeah, they didn't set Kang up right, but there was still time and the money still spends. Now this dude has to settle for being King of Tubi IF he has a career at all. He can get roles a few years into the future, I think, but they'll NEVER be on the Marvel/Disney level.

Majors didn't fumble the bag. He got screwed. If I take your property. You are allowed to take it back from me. He took his phone back and ran away from the person that took it. Literally as a man, the only thing you can in a contention situation with a woman is to get the fuck out of dodge. That's what he did, and he still got fucked over. As the lawyer that broke down the situation in the video I posted earlier said. If someone takes your property, you are allowed to take it back. Majors is being treated like he was Ike Turner or OJ Simpson.

It's even worse than that. They do the same thing from candidates from their own party. Especially the Democrats. Every since Obama beat Hillary they've rigged every subsequent primary and they aren't even subtle about it.

 

Edit: IIRC Under the rules that were present when Obama won. Bernie would have beaten Hilary as well. Then with Biden, the collusion was so blatant it wasn't funny. Everyone dropped out at the same time and endorsed Biden over Sanders 😒

Gf got me a spider man blanket, a stupid fucking looking mega man plush I love like it’s my own child, ff7/8 dual pack and DQM Dark Prince.
 

She also surprised me with a gift card advent calendar where over the 12th-24th I got a gift card from a store I buy from frequently. EShop, PSN, Amazon, etc. so I bought some games/dlc with those. There’s a huge comixology sale going on Amazon right now which I plan on using all my Amazon store credit towards. 
 

my mom got me some pajama pants and new shoes. 
 

my mom got my girlfriend and I an amazing sushi kit, a really high end cutting board and a huge griddle with a warming tray.
