I actually thought that Freeza using Black Armor was a joke. 

DBS had already crossed in to fanfiction-style storytelling and I find it mildly irritating.

I definitely think it has. Bringing back dead villains and having even more transformations is eye rolling to me. It's repeating the formula in terms of escalation.

She was solid. Not as good as Leroy and Fahkumram, but still pretty good. Several players started to play her as well. I think the thing was that since she was the last character, there was no patch and she stood strong against everyone else. So with this latest patch, she’s supposed to be brought down to the rest of the cast.

I read Dragon Ball as a teen, the original 42 volumes. That felt like the proper conclusion for it and I never bother with GT, Super and whatever else came later because it was very obviously tacked on. Same reason I refuse to watch Toy Story 4, because 3's ending was both phenomenal and absolute.
