Shortest day of the year in the States today, beginning of winter, new strain of COVID in GB...

 

But at least one thing will never let us down, and that's Cammy's willingness to expose her cheeks and possibly butthole while fighting people that can literally throw fire with their hands.

I was on Facebook and saw the dev video about how Dan is coming out in February? So he got pushed back? How the fuck are they still working on that update lol

 

Assuming that Capcom will continuously delay everything because of Covid, I can only image that we won't see USF5 till at least early first quarter of 2021. Probably Feb 16 or something. Which means we probably aren't getting a SF6 tease till December. Assuming that, we probably wont see the game drop till mid 2022 or late 2022.

Winter 2020 usually refers to the winter starting in 2020, so everything makes sense.

 

Nobody refers to January/February of 2021 as 'Winter 2021'.

Didn't the tentative release date of SF6 get leaked when Capcom's servers got hacked?

 

Also, yeah, CoVid delays are perfectly understandable. Unfortunately, this means that Capcom will keep Danposting whenever any other FG has a big announcement until February. Kinda ruins the mood y'know? 🤣

Why not just put 'winter' then instead of winter 2020?  Then people wouldn't have got their hopes up about a December release.  Their wording was bound to confuse people. 

 

Just forget including 2020 at all if this was their original plan in the first place.

Unlike SFV Gill and Seth that they didn't build anticipation but let people imagine that they would be terrible as what people thinks they were but the sudden reveal breaks the expectations and it made it as a surprise.

 

If this some marketing scheme to build excitement and anticipation to Dan. It won't work because he is already expected to be what he was.

 

Because as soon the mystery is reveal as a payoff the thing is there is no mystery.

 

The marketing could have better ideas like reveal a single concept art for alternative costumes for Dan then started talking about the backstories why that costume chosen. It's to build hype.

 

There are many things they could stretch here and make emphasis to coverup to technical difficulties but there social media marketing things ain't giving efforts.

They are still probably on brainstorming area of the game mechanics and concept. Since it would be the defining feature of the game if it would last.

 

RND, testing and balancing of individual characters is the most longest area of design nowdays especially if that character is new or revamp. 

 

Visual aspect aren't the biggest part of time.

 

This also confirm that the rumor was wrong about the team based SF is the reason why Ono is demoted. That also a female replace her and SF6 design was doing well.

 

And also the Malware controversy in Capcom Japan HQ also supported that there is still no SF6 playable material and the most far to find in the data was Rose. No Oro and Fifth character yet. 

 

There was an info saying Dhalsim on SF6 being confirmed along with Movelist but it's source is unrealiable and wasn't included to the group of malware leaks.

Man, I'm rusty as hell. 

 

I just haven't had the drive to play much FGs lately and it's seriously starting to show. 

 

I've got this new habit where I press my button too early on P2 side when doing specials, mostly when canceling into a special. 

 

So if I was doing something simple like cMKxxQCF LP, I keep pressing punch when i'm at down forward. 

 

I'm good on P1 side, and just total trash on P2. Gotta get that hand strength up before Strive drops in April

Luckily, strive is going to be released on sort of an island. T7 and SFV are still going to be the main games for Capcom and Bamco for 2021, and there doesn't seem to be any other major FGs being released next year. KoF is slated to come out next year, but we still haven't seen anything. 

 

I'm also figuring that the state of locals will still be in disarray in April, with a lot of the bars and restaurants that people used to meet at being closed down, so if the netcode is good, people will pick it up. 

 

Strive is honestly in a position where it could potentially sell gangbusters. Here's to hoping the netcode is good 🙏

Yeah, I feel this.

 

With all of the stress and things I’ve been under lately I can’t seem to bring myself to play games that are too mentally demanding... Just been farting around on the NES Zelda game and been having more fun than I expected.

 

also, my headset broke at the beginning of last week and while I only really VC’d with you, Dayaan, and Perth, it’s kinda taken some extra wind out of my sails without that being an option. I should get a new one in a few days though

Some guy from a band that sucks, and is on every BMX game sound track, tweeted that a grown ass woman having sex with a 14 year old boy is not pedophilia. 

 

We all clowned the dude, but Pertho was like "well technically, it isn't"

to which everyone told him that this wasn't the fight worth fighting. 

 

He was trying to argue that pedophilia is an attraction to prepubescent children, and everyone was like "semantics, shut up, man"

But in classic pertho fashion he rode his hot take out. 

 

Then DangerousJ asked him if he'd be ok with some dude that used to be a weirdo on SRK babysitting his daughter, trying to make the point that 14 is still a kid and it's wrong even if the kid looks grown. 

 

Pertho freaked cause his daughter came up, Angel was confused cause he didn't understand DJ's joke, and before the dust could settle and Angel could do any modding, Pertho told everyone to fuck off more or less, ended his patreon sub and bounced from all connections with this place or SRK.

 

 

I will add the DJ's comment came after the topic of discussion had moved on, and sorta came out of the blue, and was kind of a gross thing to say.

Guy has had a fucked year. I think leaving was the best thing for him. He's still really upset about the ploppy (or whatever the fuck... I can never remember that guy's name) incident and brought it up a lot. I think he has some shit he's gotta work out that being on here won't help. But I'm just an armchair psychologist, so grain of salt or whatever. 

 

I sorta doubt he'll be back anytime soon or ever. Bummer. Dude played with me most out of anyone here next to you, so i think that's part of the reason I've been leaving FGs on the shelf.

Real talk, the dude doesn't back off about anything.

He's straight up insinuated that I'm a sexual predator because I had jungle juice at a party. He has strong stances and hot takes and isn't willing to say he's wrong or walk away. Either people take the high road or get mean.

Lol, i had taken about a 8 year break from video games to learn bass guitar (that’s why i missed games like SF4, UMVC3, and MK9), but then i got in a car crash and F’d up my neck and was bedridden for a few weeks, during that time, i really got into Marvel Contest of Champions on my iPad.

 

when i got back to normal, i was hooked and put it on my iPhone... big mistake... we went to a family cabin shortly after and it was really unfortunate that i had diarrhea the whole time and had to stay in the bathroom, with my iPhone charger 😉
