You know, volt told me to come say for w/e reason so since I'm here for a minute or two, let's clarify one thing first:

 

If you weren't either illiterate or a fucking idiot, you would've read all the parts where I said, multiple times, that at no point do I endorse a teen dating an adult. Given that I had to deal with that situation with one of my nieces, which I explained in those posts, I am definitely not defending that age discrepancy  with the younger partner being that age.  I understand I only said that multiple times in those posts. I also understand some people here are just continually hard of reading, but them's the breaks. But let's reiterate how much I don't endorse that situation.

 

Secondly, the issue with age of consent has been a goofy tug of war that varies between countries and the cultures inside of them. Some places are hair raisingly stupid with how they decide between a child and an adult person, but unless you're in Afghanistan, then odds are really good you can tell what a presexual person is. Age of Consent was pushed up historically (and I agree with it) and mostly due to feminists of varying degrees; hell for most people up until most of modern society 8th grade was the highest you were going and then you were working. That shit is weird, I don't endorse it, some cultures/countries are fine with it, but I'm not.

 

But it isn't pedophilia. Because a pedophiles is looking strictly at presexual people. That's kind of key and important to keep in mind because the people who are going to hit up a 16 year old at fast food joint are not the same as the ones that are going to kidnap them from a playground. Pedophiles engage in all sorts of insane delusions to justify their bullshit. That's where you get shitty organizations like NAMBLA. That's also where you get all sorts of disgusting shit. The visceral hate I have towards those people is rather extreme; a good chunk of that because I have friends who were victimized by them.

 

So either reread things or fuck off.

 

Secondly, I didn't "suddenly" become either soft or a snowflake. I didn't leave SRK to come into this place and have people bring up my family. As a matter of fact, every idiot who either hit like or lol on that one idiot's post justifying mentioning my daughter is just as much of a massive moron as he is. This isn't some shit that gets "worked out". There was no reason to bring up my daughter, it has fuck all to the situation, given that I wrote (in those posts you supposedly read) how pedophiles scare the shit out of me because my daughter is pretty is some shit. I don't let my daughter run ahead of me in walks too much because the idea that somebody can nab her, toss her in a car and drive her to five different major cities  through the same highway is not farfetched. So fuck off with all that.

 

But like I told misterBee I'm not going to come in here, lay waste to people like I would in SRK, because I came here to move away from the stuff I was doing before. Easy peasy. All the people who had some silly, misinformed, wholly unsupported opinion of me having gone soft or needing to take a break from the internet are not only wrong, but erring on the side of my commitment to not leaving MOABs all over this forum. I spent plenty of time reading and paying attention to posters to know how all of them lower than that. I choose not to because getting personal in the matter of bringing up family, ailing or other issues people may have issues with is absolute trash. You wanna cape idiots who pretend to have a moral high ground and then cross 10 lines i wouldn't, that's your prerogative. Similarly with the hilariously bad modding is gonna let a dude bring up family and let his account live after that situation is why people left SRK in the first place; that's how it went down, its how its gonna roll, I can make a decision and not be part of that and I'll enjoy my time elsewhere; much less when people thought it was fine the guy did that. My daughter had nothing to do with anything and people were fine letting that slide. That's how it got modded, cool by me, I ain't gotta be a part of it.

 

Merry Christmas to the rest of you. Somebody write a letter to Santa and make sure Twinblades gets a copy of hooked on phonics and all the seasons of Reading Rainbow; then reanimate Helen Keller so she can teach him how to read.

Yeah, this was always my main thing about it. Like, we probably had at least a few dozen people straight up abandon SRK over his ass and then he up and leaves over some mild bit of sarcasm. I understand he's going through hard times this year, but, at some point I have to ask how much of your behavior can really be excused over that. 

 

Dude never has a problem making jokes on race, gender, religion or age, but God forbid a hair of sarcasm is thrown his way. I've never really understood some of the stuff Pertho wants to put a stake in the ground over, but he's always been willing to die on those various hills. 

 

I dunno. I hope he's doing well and the break he's taking provides him whatever he's looking for. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I just find it ironic, obviously I got nothing against perth, he's a sensible guy. It's just funny to me because it mirrors a situation here at work were a group of people backed someone and rightly so but the person moved to another location out the blue after pretty much starting a revolt.

I wouldn’t say I moved here for Pertho but what happened to him. SRK was on its last legs anyway. With the two admins doing that to “the last mod” and the only active person that gave a shit, it was the nail in the coffin for me. I couldn’t support the site with those two knuckleheads running things.

 

it’s much nicer over here anyway.

 

also, it’s not like Pertho was telling us all to come here anyway. If anything, he seemed to be one of the saddest over what happened (and while obviously it was personal for him), I suspect the fall of SRK (his shit aside) hurt him.

As much as i love 2d animation, i think that ASW has shown that we dont really need 2d sprites to have great 2d artsyle represented on a fg.

You only need a team that is willing to put the ffort into translating the artstyle into the game.

We didn't move for him, but the situation that triggered us moving was Preppy pulling Perth's mom to a completely unrelated situation.

 

So basically, General Dirty Peasants ruined what was left of SRK. Everything turned out better tho. We got huge AVs. Winning bigly. 🤣

Yo word, Xrd-style is easily the greatest idea ArcSys ever had. The cheaper cost and easier production of 3D plus the excellent look and style of 2D.

 

2.5D games tried to nail it for years but none of them even got close to looking this good.

Glad to see CHad Pertho return to tell Virgin Twinblaids what a moron he is.

On other news I had to work today, people who come at Christmas day into a Retail Shop to buy their Christmas Presents, need to be shot, rarely I see something as retarded as this.

Next on my agenda, I had a nice evening with the family, my GF is wasted, since she basically gets knocked out cold by 2 beer.

Everyone was so happy about their presents too.

Since I had nothing special, I made my parents and grandparents the offer to get my own presents and they pay for it.
So I got the money last month, orderd what I had in my eyes and it was deliverd today as I was at work, means I can get it on Monday from the Post Office, fan fucking tastic.

I don't like SFV very much either tbh.  It's easily my least favorite SF, and I play almost all of them.

 

Everyone should play Tekken/MK/Melty. 🙂

The funniest thing is that i do like SFV, is just that i think is a trash game, lol.

It has some of the most baffling design decisions i have seen in a while.

And the worst part is that those design desicions were made consiously, since SFV is working as intended.

 

Side note.

It is also funny how MK11 is the game that i consider the best from the modern MK games, in terms of both presentation and design (despite still having some jank i really disagree with), but turned to be my less played MK.

 

I invested waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more time on MK9.

It happened the same with Inj2.

I felt it was better realized than Inj1, but i played the shit of Inj1, while Inj2 was quickly abandoned, if i played it during a month, it would have been too much.

 

It is interesting how sometimes you at a concious level can like or dislike something by its objective merits, but at the same time, have the dichotomy of not finding enjoyment in something you think is good, or vice versa, lol.

 

I remember that for a long time, DevilJin thought i was a SFV hater simply because i was very critical of its failings,and was surprised to discover that i actually liked the game and played it with certain frequency, although very casually with some friends.

 

Is like some people dont understand that liking something doesnt mean you are blind to its problems, and the same for the contrary scenario.

Like how i loved playing MVC3, but i would never call it a good game.

I hate playing MVC2, but i wouldnt deny that even if it was an accident, the game had something that resonated with the playerbase (still think is a trashfire, a fun one, but a trashfire, lol)

 

And finally.

I would change Tekken for SoulCalibur.

While i do love both, i find SC more enjoyable to play.

Is there a rapper named Baby? I keep seeing people photoshopping Super Baby from DBFZ into tims/chains/bottles of alcohol and I don't know if it's people being the teensiest bit racist or there is legitimately a rapper named Baby/ Super Baby.

When I google it I get a few different results and, uh, some already established rappers as babies.
