ha, that's sad, imo.... that most people apparently do believe in "them's fightin' words!" and it being totally acceptable to kill someone over a word.  I realize that literally the rest of the entire race will disagree with me on this, but nah... that isn't enough to get me into a mood of beating someone to death.  If humans were as "civilized" and "thick-skinned" as we pretend to be... 1 word shouldn't be enough to get anyone to that point.  It's one of many reasons why our species is laughable and pathetic, imo.  If there's aliens out there that have been observing the human species for the past few thousand years or so, I'd bet good money they couldn't stop laughing at this endless buffoonery comedy show we have going on here.... really... think about that shit for a minute----so over the utterance of one word... THAT is enough for some people to basically fuck their own life up by piling up all kinds of charges?  We're talking physical assault and of course... 2nd degree murder if the guy ends up dying as a result.

I wouldn't say it's ok to kill a guy over the N Word but if you call someone that, they warn you, and you do it again, you absolutly deserve the punch in the mouth that you getñ and if you happen to be 77 year old piece of shit who dies in the hospital 3 days later, I won't feel even slightly bad for you. 

 

Kid should get off. Fuck that old guy. And fuck Ian Miles Ching for co-signing something he knows isn't painting an accurate picture of the events the post he is reaponding to is refering to in the vaguest way humanly possible. Fuck the poster to.

Speaking of old people needing to fuck off. I got super pissed at an old woman in a motorized cart today at Walmart 

 

I was in the pharmacy section trying to get something and she was in front me but also kinda beside me if that makes sense. She kept reaching in front of me without saying anything and clearly noticing that I’m trying to find something in her general area

 

She was coughing a lot too while not covering her mouth. Then after I grabbed what I needed and was heading towards checkout she totally cut me off coming up the aisle before the one we were just one and almost ran into me. She was maybe 4-5 inches away from clipping me. She didn’t apologize or anything. Just kept rollin (rollin’, rollin’)

 

So I walked up besides her and tilted my body toward her a bit and said “I don’t give a shit if you’re my elder or not. You’re a rude piece of shit.” And she just looked at me like I had killed her first born in front of her. 
 

Then to further her annoyance I started walking in front of her barely faster than the cart was moving while swaying back and forth so she couldn’t get around me. Once we got to a 3-way turn she scoffed at me and turned into apparel to get away from me.

Not guilty because that wasn't his intention imo. If he died that was an accident, but the throwing out slurs was very intentional. 

 

Now if he intended to kill him and there is proof I'd say guilty but with this info atm no

oh boy.   That poll in the tweet is just plain out depressing to me.  If someone is doing that, have them removed from your place of business, preferably by the cops.  If you've gotta beat someone's ass, make sure you had to do it.  Personal opinion here, but you don't get to kill people for calling you bad names.  As we used to say back when I was a kid,"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."  These people today......................

 

 

I think the shoulder problems are going around.  I've been trying to get in for months to have mine looked at.

the latest Bewitched this morning---season 1 episode 29 just went off... another display of Samantha's ridiculous power.... she reduced her neighbor's husband to a pile of ashes!  This was temporary, of course.  This was in efforts to scare Gladys (the classic "nosy neighbor" character), since leading up to this, she had Gladys thinking *she* was the one with some kind of powers..... to throw her off the suspicion, of course.  So, this made it appear that Gladys turned her own husband to ashes for a minute 😆  While Gladys was distracted she waved her hand though and brought the dude back.  These powers are insane, man... 

 

episode 30 is on now...with some pretty serious TnA content, surprisingly... Darrin just met this smokin hot ass neighbor, and in one scene she had some booty-shorts on!!!  It's surprising to see that much on a network tv show from 1965.

*hahaha so a warlock Sam knew from way back showed up (summoned by Endora to stir up trouble, of course)... Darrin was about to throw this guy out of the house, but with a wave of his hand he changed Darrin into a penguin! 🤣  Ah, the situation was derailed by the hot neighbor "Danger" (yep that's her name) showing up.... Warlock Dude is instantly smitten so now he's trying to woo her instead of Sam.

 

*edit---now I'm wondering who would win in a battle between the classic magical ladies of tv... Samantha vs. Jeanie, in a fight to the death!  Haha, that show "Deadliest Warrior" should've covered that.... eh, they're both so powerful it would probably be a matter of who managed to strike first though.

US President Joe Biden delivered a speech Tuesday afternoon at Ford's Rouge Electric Vehicle Center in Dearborn, Michigan, and the F-150 Lightning was behind him the entire time. Ford has been teasing its all-electric F-150 for years, and the company is due to officially, finally reveal the truck tomorrow. Biden beat them to it, though the truck was only visible from afar and no further details about it emerged.

 

 

The F-150 Lightning should hit the streets in 2022, around the same time Tesla's Cybertruck is scheduled to enter production. Even though they're both fully electric and trucks, there's little chance that anyone will confuse the two.

Been drawing down my schedule at work. Where I was working 60+ hours a week before in a supervisory capacity, I'm now working 15-20 hours a week, 20 at the absolute most. Reason being ...

Got a call from the local examiner handling my disability case on Friday last week, and him and the determination services agent were in absolute agreement; in that my benefits should have never stopped to begin with. They're reinstating my benefits as of June 2019 (two months after leaving the VA as an employee) - and are in the process of calculating backpay, which is prob going to reach in the low five figure range for a lump-sum payment (We're thinking around $16k here). Only problem is that it takes 3-4 months for the paperwork to be filed, and the lump sum to be sent my way.
