OH the rest the country yes. Mass has been one of the stricter places on restrictions. RI is basically open before they even got the vaccine to the masses.

So, EverDaPedo445 is trying to make a comeback, and it's hilarious because he's taking the "pretend that didn't happen" approach. He's talking tough shit about the people who caught him on camera like he didn't bitch out for the whole world to see when they were there in front of him. For his size, the level of mental gymnastics he's doing is insane. Just NO accountability whatsoever.

‘Red Sonja’: Hannah John-Kamen to Star in Millennium’s Sword and Sorcery Reboot Feature

Hannah John-Kamen, who starred as a villain in Ant-Man and the Wasp and was a lead in series Brave New World, will star in Millennium’s long-gestating sword and sorcery feature.

Joey Soloway is directing the project and co-wrote the script with Tasha Huo, the screenwriter who is showrunning and executive producing the upcoming animated Tomb Raider series for Netflix and Legendary.

“Hannah is a very talented actress who we’ve been following for years and she IS Red Sonja,” said Soloway in a statement. “Her range, sensibilities and strength are all qualities we have been looking for and we couldn’t be more excited to embark on this journey together.”

Another thing struck me with EDP 445. He says he's going to start a website. How will he get money from that? Who the fuck is going to sponsor him or buy merch from him? Who's going to subscribe if he puts up a Patreon? Dude got caught in more K's than a gun shop, and someone supporting him in any way is giving them  a bad name.

It's like the Sixth Sense. Man's dead and doesn't even know.

the huge chip on my friend's shoulder about supervisors/managers, and employers in general is always pretty amusing to me... it's like he can't help but chime in with a cheap shot... sometimes a thing I'll bring up will indeed be some bait to hear his inevitable response.... like recently I brought up this hilarious moment at work when someone was leaving shit in places.... it's still the funniest thing ever to happen at work, imo... but the first time they left it by a certain supervisor's desk.  I always wonder what prompted that.  Anyway, of course he concluded "yeah that supervisor was probably being an asshole about somethin'...", like I guess that justifies leaving an actual turd by her desk. 🤣  It couldn't just be this was a bizarre muthafucka (that I guess shares my unending love of toilet humor)  This was an admittedly oddball event, but dude is always like that... he'll always assume the supervisor/manager in the scenario is somehow in the wrong about something, or just randomly fuckin' people over for no good reason.

If I bring up someone we had to give a warning to or actually fire, he'll be tempted to go on a rant there too....as if there's almost no reason why people should be warned or fired from a job.  It's another source of live entertainment, this eternal bitterness he seems to have about the employer/employee relationship.

this reminded me; this past year was the first time I've encountered an employee that I actually did *want* to fire.  Fortunately for that person, that kind of thing wasn't 100% my decision, so they stuck around for a while even after a certain thing was outed, but they did eventually get fired. (*basically falsification of certain info)  It's typically an "involved" process to actually get rid of someone.

Okay everyone, jokes aside.................

Just DAMN.  This one deserves an,"Everyone sucks here" IMO.  She should be in jail for this, but I don't even know if the law allows for that anymore.  Of course, you're not gonna get it if you vet the chick you're banging better, up to and including getting tested.

Now, I know some people are gonna be like,"Man, ain't nobody got time for that!"  Alright.  Here's something to listen to while you're waiting in line at the clinic.

Why The U.S. Hates Roundabouts

There's a roundabout at one of the casinos over across the state line from me in a very popular area. In the same area as the casino, there's outdoor shopping via the Riverwalk and (completely) ironic for here, a Bass Pro Shops. I personally think they're cool, even though I've turned the wrong way out of it more than my fair share of times though. 🤣🤣

I guess it beats pharmaceuticals.

I haven't done them since my daughter was born. Not saying I won't, but I need to be at the ready for anything and everything while she's so little right now. I still advocate for cannabis, and plan on growing some plants here now that the recreational bill got signed. Just haven't wanted to get high until I get a better grip on fatherhood. And even then, it'll be an occasional thing when I know I won't need to be responsible for the next few hours.

Tokyo Olympics banning kneeling, raising of fists and BLM apparel. They technically banning all political statements but made it a note to specifically single out BLM tho  🤔

I don't watch that shit anyway and they've given me more reasons not to 🤷🏾‍♂️

Hey yo.  Mr. X is streaming a playthrough of the Resident Evil 8 Game.  I don't think it'll be anything NSFW in it, but obviously there will be spoilers as it is the actual gameplay.   With that out of the way, get ready to get scared.

@misterBee If something unintentional happens that you would rather not allow this link to stay up,  nuke it.  I'll be watching too so if I see anything that I know goes against the forum, I'll do it.

The Olympics have always been this way unfortunately. Their are so many countries that have racial issues and disparities. Did people forget when they banned openly showing gay support when they were in Russia and I believe this is right after the Crimea shit.

It's not a new thing for them. They are corrupt and a shit show but this time it's not a specific to blacks thing

I don't blame them.  People be doing too much  and taking attention away from the event to make it all about something that has nothing to do with why they are there.  Most of all, the protesting is fucking up the money.  Ain't nobody buying tickets for that, so they gots to go.

So basically shut up and dribble? The point of protesting at events is to bring awareness to issues. Shirts and kneeling take nothing away from the games, stop that nonsense. You are correct about the money aspect tho, hella racists stop supporting the NBA for said reasons

If ppl are that comfortable being reminded of social injustice, imagine how uncomfortable it is for the ppl actually being discriminated against

@Maxxx: Definitely a shit show, I wasn't knowledgable on some of that, thanks for the info. That furthers me to continue not supporting the Olympics

It doesn't really. The biggest thing is if I needed to drive somewhere with her. I'm not willing to risk driving stoned and getting a DWI. So for this first year I've just been more comfortable not partaking. Having a kid rearranges your priorities a bit lol. All of a sudden I'm responsible for keeping this thing alive, and I prefer to be in my best state of mind while I'm being relied upon to take action should anything happen. Once she gets a bit older and I can relax (lol like that will ever happen COMPLETELY), I'll probably chill out with some herb and vidja like I used to in the evenings. Probably won't be long now, especially since it's legal. But I don't want to be stoned around her.

1.5 hours in, it seems insanely scripted.

Not a $60 investment, no mater WHO dies.

By the time I whittle down a 20th of my current backlog, it'll be <$30.

RE2:R was a Day One for me, for point of reference of where I stand on it.

RE2:R was also my GotY that year.

You can protest all you want before or after work, but not during.  If you need to protest at work so much, self-employment is your best option.   If you're working for someone else, you follow THEIR rules, not yours.  BLM?  No.  BLT.  Make the sandwich, or you'll be replaced by someone who will.

.....................AND STOP RIOTING OVER CRIMINALS!!  That's probably why Japan was so adamant about making sure that BLM was specifically named.  Believe it or not they watch our culture and they aren't going to let that shit fly over there.  Don't like it?  Don't come.

I believe that the U.S. is still extremely systemically racist, and it needs to end.

And I also agree with you, about this.

Which is exactly why I ain't watching the Olympics, which I've stated numerous times. Don't preach to me about job rules, Im fully aware, but their rules don't change the fact that Tokyo is shit for that, which is again why I'm not supporting them, possible many athletes won't either 🤷🏾‍♂️

And that last bit about criminals was so uneccessary and ignorant. So guys deserve to be killed in the streets because they have some shit in their past? You're gross as hell for saying that

Nobody said Floyd was a hero but he, a ppl like him still didn't deserve what happened to him. And while I don't give rioting a pass, asking to be treating like human beings hasn't been working so well either has it?

Its different from person to person. I can be blaaaaaazed as fuck and still be coherent, but i wouldnt go to work that way you tho know? Sounds like Chad just doesnt want any haze in his life while he is responsible for another life, which is super responsible, and extremely commendable. Mad respect to chad for putting his child above his vice. I know too many who fail at even that.

"Unfortunately" (Depends on your perspective) the answer to this is yes. I would honestly tell you that a more meaningful and impactful protest would be to not show up to the games at all.

That would actually be extremely profound.

Shame the U.S. team won't do it.

It's more to keep the peace. Imagine if there had been American or Russian athletes protesting during the Cold War, or athletes from Muslim countries protesting Israel or vice versa. People would get hurt and fights would break out. The Olympics, regardless of how you feel about them, are supposed to be an event where the world puts aside differences and comes together.

I'd say that after a year of riots, murders, and absolute chaos all across America, it is VERY necessary.  BLM has not been protesting for justice.  They have been RIOTING over a NARRATIVE, and it hasn't made one positive change yet.  That's most likely why the Japanese made a point of saying it isn't going to be allowed in their country.

tell me something.  Has the rioting worked?  Please point to me the positive effects that have come from burning up or down one's own city.  I'll wait.  Meanwhile, here's a few numbers I've dug up in about six and a half seconds concerning said protests:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/oct/31/americans-killed-protests-political-unrest-acled

now this person didn't die, but he can kiss his business goodbye.

https://www.foxnews.com/us/black-firefighter-devastated-minneapolis-riots-bar

Good thing they aren't called,"Black businesses matter" 'cause they would have some explaining to do.

as far as the,"He didn't deserve that"  Please GTFOH.  I'm so sick and tired of the feels arguments.  instead of trying to play to my feelings, let me ask you how could the situation have been solved?  A few things that I would've done:

One:  Not be on illegal drugs.  Nothing kills your victimhood status faster than being in the wrong right off the bat.

Two:  COMPLY DAMMIT!!  What makes you think you're about to whoop three armed men's asses?  A little bit of compliance can de-escalate things dramatically.  Will it work all the time?  I doubt it, but it hasn't failed me yet and the cops have never laid a hand on me.

Three:  Be inconspicuous.  Me?  I look like everyone and noone.  This really isn't something I've practiced, it's just how I am.  What I mean by number three is this.

Every group has a particular,"Look".  We all know this.  You can pretty much tell so-and-so's a jock/nerd/bum/etc. by looking at how they are dressed.  Cops know this too and they look for trouble.  It's their job.  Unfortunately for George, he had already had run ins with the law so they knew his face as well as his background.  A lot of us don't have that problem and should take advantage of our clean slates.  When something looks suspicious, the cops will look at it more than something that doesn't.  Don't be that thing.

Four:  Be mindful of your surroundings.  now, some places are just a trouble hot-spot.  STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!  Now, I'm not saying to avoid a place because the cops are always harassing people over there.  I'm saying to avoid a place because the cops are always busting some fool doing some shit he or she shouldn't be doing over there, and you DON'T want to get mixed up in it.  Tell your friends and family to stop associating with criminal types as well.

There.  Hopefully this helps some of you to not get wrecked by po-po.  Also:  The time honored advice of chris rock deserves to be mentioned as well.
