It's high profile enough to where the bad PR isn't worth it. If she's actually seeking council, that is the way to go. Lawyers take about 40% of the settlement. Believe me, if she has council, this will be the push.

There is a product called "Gorilla Snot" that is a holding gel. I am in no way defending someone using a craft product as a a hair treatment but here we are. The argument is coming from the fact that "hair" is not mentioned in the warning. It's just enough wiggle room for a lawyer to get in.

ha, that reminds me...it's always been funny that they have to actually print things like "DO NOT EAT" on styrofoam and other things that people shouldn't be eating....or you see a commercial with a character jumping out of a window and it says at the bottom of the screen "DO NOT ATTEMPT." 🤣  Warnings like this have to be put on everything and every commercial for the past several years now because we all know there's some dumbasses out there that WILL try it.

 

speaking of stupid things---I heard about a local youtube guy that got SHOT because he was trying to do a prank video where he approached people with knives like he was going to rob them or something... 😆

In most cases that applies to an item's used outside of its intended purpose (e.g. using a brownie as a brake pad). Given the nature of it's use as a holding spray and the other intended product is an aerosolized adhesive, here is a line that could be made for it's intended purpose. Even then, I don't go in Home Depot looking for garden shears or a weed-whacker as a way to line up my beard.

 

Court of public opinion is gonna decide this one.

They're just angling for money, I doubt this goes anywhere. Not exactly my expertise, but I vaguely recall that you're right and warnings can be limited to common sense.

also: hello everyone. It’s been an interesting almost week. It’s actually been fairly productive from a mental and emotional standpoint.

Thanks man. I’m feelin’ good. Just kinda needed a recharge. Outside of something I’ll discuss later it was pretty chill time off. 
 

In addition, Ive only been on a few days but I’m on some next anxiety meds and I already feel way better.

 

Lastly, it also helped that while I was away a huge mental weight was lifted off my shoulders. Which is something again I’ll discuss later

Leo has a point. All Things Considered is about to turn 50 years old. NPR's archivists found the word "dinosaur" appearing in stories 294 times in the show's history. By comparison, "senator" has appeared 20,447 times.

 

To remedy the situation, All Things Considered invited Leo to ask some questions about dinosaurs to Ashley Poust, a research associate at the San Diego Natural History Museum. Leo wants to be a paleontologist when he grows up.

Does anyone have bad experiences with Verizon? I'm on Ting now and thinking of switching, as Ting's reception is garbage in my apartment and I for the first time got a big bill from them by going over their data limit. Verizon seems to have good plans for one line on unlimited talk/text/data. Are there things I have to watch out for if I switch?

I had to call out sick. My headaches got worse, developed a fever and chest pains. Woke up to a cold sweat and fucking shivering. While I already texted my supervisor about my condition but I still need to call in sick. I been on hold for over an hour and still am as I'm writing this. I'm so close to saying fuck it.

Damn, you too fam. I've had a persistent near crimpling headache the past two days. It all went down hill for me on Monday evening. Around 6pm, I got tired hell for no reason after. Got tired of fighting it and went to bed around 8pm. My dude, I'm hot natured. I had my thermostat on 72, I was under two comforters, and my teeth were literally chattering I was so cold. My boss told where I can free drive through testing done. This shit fucking sucks man. Aleve ain't doing shit for my headache 😑

Verizon is the biggest provider, so there are plenty of people who have had bad experiences just based on volume. But they're not an especially bad company really.  Generally the best coverage, but you pay more for it.

I’ve had Sprint (Now T-Mobile.) since they were  first became Sprint Nextel. So...about 18 years? Give or take. I’ve never had an issue with them.

Its not about making the porn go away

 I have a girl friend, I still look at porn. No she fills the empty void that porn can't fill and provides all the stuff you can't get from porn. 

 

This is why you need a girl. You're whole relationship mentality is wrapped up in sex. Having a girl friend is waaaay way more then just flogging the log my dude.

When was the last time your favorite porn star came through your front door and said "Babe was the store, saw this shirt (or whatever) made me think of you so here." And tosses you a shirt or whatever. 

 

Cuz it's never happened to me but my girl friend does it all the time. Got more shirts then I know what to do with at this point lol.
